Quote:Guide Your Personal Evolution

It is not possible for one species to evolve alone. All life is in a constant state of adaptation. Even in the realm of spirit, there is evolution. In the physical sense, much time passes while these changes settle in and become solidified. In the spiritual sense, the adaptations can occur in what seems like an instantaneous manner to those in gravity.

There are methods that will speed up the spiritual evolution of physical beings. There is education required. You must retrain your brains to perceive life on Earth differently. So much of the new energy that is now flowing through the solar system is based on change and altering the way life is lived. There is so much more power available to all beings. The results of exercising this personal power will be an extension of all life, an expansion of perception, and the stripping away of illusions no longer necessary to the growth of Gaia's children.

Far too long you have been schooled in ways that structured your lives to fit a certain pattern. In many ways, that pattern suited a majority of the members of the human family. The stabilizing effect allowed for rapid growth of technologies and the categorization of information. However, this structuring also created limits to behavior and belief. Much of what you know is merely opinion repeated.

Living by New Concepts of Health and Vitality
You have been instructed that life has a certain limitation and that, as you age, there is an inevitable deterioration of your physical form. Part of that is truth, but not to the extent that is widely believed. There is a new way of envisioning life. You are aware of some of these new views. Many of the concepts of what foods are healthy and promote growth in the individual human have altered dramatically in the past several decades.

The detrimental results of medications are becoming more widely known. The rampant use of prescribed drugs is on the edge of a revolution. Soon you are likely to witness a prolonged conflict between a medicated society and supplemental approaches to living.

What can you, as a spiritually minded being, do to create a higher vibrational awareness in this matter? All evolution begins with an individual adapting to a new environment. The adaptation then is passed along to others. In a physical way, this is done through genetics and rearing of offspring. In a social way, this is achieved through discourse and the sharing of ideas. The most effective social movements begin to form organically, not organizationally.

In the case of caring for one's own health, it is essential to practice a vitality-based lifestyle, one based on increasing your health, rather than a recovery-based existence that seeks to treat individual symptoms. People who are recovery-based will constantly be looking at past dis-ease in their physical forms. They will be searching to prevent some illness from reoccuring. This is a type of fear.

Instead, look to the future of your life and choose a different course, one based not on past events but on future desires. Decide that proper movement and proper nutrition are priorities and then begin to act on that decision. Assume that you are already healthy and the energy will begin to arrive to help you shift your lifestyle.

Pay attention; use your powerful brain to become knowledgeable about true health and vitality. This alteration will not occur instantly. Remember you are within the gravity well and thus are subject to time. Here, then, is the possibility to speed up your personal evolution. Once the thought is in place, the body can begin to respond. Even if you do not have great success at first, remember that this is a process.

Often we say. "Begin with the heart." Here we say that the heart often processes a desire for ease and comfort and does not naturally set a course of discipline for the body. The brain, on the other hand, is very concerned with the physical state of life. By taking personal responsibility, you create a single point, where energy can gather. You will find others of similar vibrational quality and then more will find you. In this way, the world begins to shift. If you are paying attention, you will know that it has already started!

2 things

1st

Wheres 2.?

and 3rdly. Vitality could be described as the rarity of your expression? Living food is food that is rare / difficult / time consuming to make? (yes yes, all the energy stuff aside, just thinking of close to earth principle, the more time it takes the more "alive" it usually is)

I don't quite get what you are saying. Living food doesn't take any time at all to prepare! (Unless we want something fancy, usually trying to simulate foods we are familiar with.) That is the whole point; living foods are ready to eat as is. They impart their lifeforce to us and merge their consciousness with ours; there is no death. Life begets life.

This really resonated with me!

Try growing tomatos in your backyard versus walking to the store and buying tomatos and then compare which feels more alive to you.

Kind of like the pit of indifference or some such about food. If you work at it a little and consider it a chore, its "dead food" if you work at it a lot and consider it enjoyable to prepare good nourishing food, its "Living food"

Kind of like how you approach the concept of the food.

If each meal is similar to each other meal (every day is the same, or you go to a fastfood restaurant) your senses dont get the same kind of "pseudo hunting" when you prepare the food and grow it yourself. Edit: to clarify, if you eat nothing but a predetermined healthy cycle of food 7 days a week 52 weeks a year you will be producing intensly dead food as there is no "variance" in your experience, which then produces stagnation and slowly death.

So I hope that clarifies a bit what i mean.

It is also not that simple. When someone finds love in regularity, it is very easy to maintain the nurishment and the vitality with the "same" stuff. It only becomes "boring" if you become bored with it. If you do not, and find the variety in OTHER parts of your life, then it is perfectly fine to eat the same stuff over and over and over again, imho.

Agreed entirely. Which is why the definition of the right diet and "living" food is so darn difficult. Free will huh, makes it all very interesting.

This is an "idea" in the raw community. Of course this is mostly a recent option because of international trade. Before wide travel wide variety was not really available.

I understand what you are saying though. I pretty much exist on the same thing all the time, because of my locale. This would be part of the reason my health greatly increased, yet not to the 100% mark. I would be considered more to the 75% mark after dietary changes, vs the 15% area that forced me to change.
