At least they arent pink and the circulation isnt cut off entirely yet. blue isnt as bad as slightly decomposing pink/purple.

anyway. To OP, No idea what they are. Too many weird things in the world to care about every weird thing I see. Would do nothing but care about weird stuff.

It just keeps getting weirder and weirder...Has anyone noticed that weirder things keep popping up? Makes me wonder if new things are being manifested in our illusion, with the illusion of being there all along.
