On the first day in, if it wasn't a POW camp 
, I would probably request solitary confinement and come up with some reason to put me in there. Then I would simply meditate and astral project for days on end and live "freely" in wherever I choose to be in the inner planes or within a civilization capable of percieving my astral body.
Imagine if we taught prisoners how to astral project? What would the consequences be?
Prison would cease to be punishment, that's for sure.
