Full Version: Astrological Forecast for April
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
Let me preface this forecast with my observation and experience as an Aries - so far this month I am filled with an uncontrollable lust and am not sure how to channel this energy. I found deep yogic breathing combined with meditation only intensified passionate feelings. Amethyst has dulled emotions somewhat but not sufficiently. As a single gal I'm praying this month is over with quick smart!

April is going to be a wild, liberating, unpredictable and, at times, explosive month.
The Sun in Aries is at the centre of a tight stellium or multiple conjunction involving Hygeia and Uranus on one side and Venus and Mars on the other. This stellium is full of fire, volatility, creative passion and healing, sexual magic, all demanding freedom of expression.

When these energies are free to run, it can provide for great awakenings on many levels and experience that, while unsettling, can reinvigorate any aspect of our lives.
Uranus alone specialises with breaking down Saturnian structures that have lost their usefulness and become imprisoning of our essential individuality and lifeforce.

He also reflects the movement of the sacred kundalini power in our systems and, when combined with the kundalini healing goddess Hygeia, it's a match that can provide for great spiritual and healing openings. This is particularly so in any situation where we can really let go. The healing and liberating potential of this applies itself equally to our relationships and sexuality through the connections to Venus and Mars. These themes are repeated by multiple trines to the very tantric and spiritually powerful conjunction of the Hekate and Shiva asteroids in Leo.

Venus and Mars, especially in a fire sign, is a potent, erotic and muscular combination that generates great passion and creative juice, energy that must have some forms of releasing expression. Uranus and Hygeia, in turn, lift the voltage and the volatility, the sexual healing possibilities and the ultra creative potentials, making it an artist's dream if you can give the energy full rein.
However good this sounds, the stellium also places itself in total alignment with the tightening Uranus/Pluto square, the most powerful and challenging collective aspect of these years in our lives.

Simultaneously, it receives terse, uncomfortable inconjuncts from Saturn in Scorpio. This means that the whole combination in Aries receives squares from Pluto in Capricorn. These aspects can have a controlling effect on all its exceptional possibilities but also force the radical energies of change, represented by Uranus, to go deeper for longer lasting, bedrock transformation.
Subsequently, we don't have full rein, despite good sextiles from Jupiter in Gemini, which supports the urges towards greater freedom. And being in the middle of the tug-o-war between these two energy giants requires great awareness if we are to honour the calls of both.

There is no doubt that we must find ways of expressing the fire dynamic, whether through wild dance, cathartic energy work or Dionysian sex and creative play, as to not do so would bring out the destructive elements in the process. Thwarted Uranian energy can become explosive through accidents, unexpected violence and various dramatic outburst of crazy, unpredictable energy. Excitement can become hyperstress, somatasising into illnesses and other meltdowns.

Pluto has a way of challenging us to own our own power by setting up others to attempt power-over tactics, particularly using control through guilt, manipulation, subconscious pressure and intimidation. On another level, this reflects our own inner controllers that keep us limited by fear and despair. Even though both are tough to face up to, we can use the Uranian gifts of more exalted awareness to identify what really does keep our individuality and its fire from blazing brightly. Instead of being rebellious and reactive, we can use that awareness to take responsibility for digging this kind of patterning out by its roots and therefore honour the deeper transformative calling.

Pluto also continues into the month with the less dramatic but incredibly supportive sextiles to Saturn in Scorpio and Chiron in Pisces, who, in turn, trine each other. We can be grateful for the steadying, grounding and yet still fluid influences of this three-way alignment, in the midst of a continuing chaotic collective climate. They are like an ancient karri tree in a cyclone, flexing but never threatened, and the primary reason why some things are a little more settled than last year.
And it is this trio that is so supportive of each of us taking up the opportunities for real change and deep healing. It is Saturn at his best, a torchbearer leading us into the deeper layers of Scorpio, b
ringing the energies of the transformative and healing aspects of self into piercing focus. At every moment, he teaches about the nature of our deeper self and its process and cycles, repeating the mantra of absolute self responsibility for co-creating our reality.

This month, the ruler of the mind, Mercury, is conjunct Chiron in Pisces and therefore also in positive aspect to both Saturn and Pluto. It makes our minds more available to these mysteries of self and healing and is one of the better transits for studying inner and outer sources of knowledge. While the Aries Sun wants to go ballistic with passion and flame, Mercury is quietly hanging out with less exuberant teachers, absorbing through the mind and, by psychic osmosis, their teachings.

Finally, Jupiter, now getting into forward motion gear in Gemini, is aspecting just about everything in the chart, spreading his grace abundantly around and each time I think of him as I write, I hear trumpets blaring with excitement.

Have a wild and safe time. Enjoy the ride.
wow, is this supposed to be just for Aries? Because I didn't sleep a wink last night because I was so buzzed!

The forecast is for everyone, however being Aries I just thought it's intensified for those that fall under that sign.

Ruth, we have a new moon tomorrow, maybe that accounts for your sleeping problems? for a while I hardly slept during the time of new moon...
and yeah I do think you are right Jacrob, it is intensified for aries people or those having planets in their birthchart in same sign.
When we had that pisces stellium in february / march I felt it very strongly, it was like being under the influence, not really here, ungrounded (my sun and mercury are in pisces).. I mean pisces is floating in another world quite often anyways but that was literally like being in a haze or a labyrinth.
It was a relief for me when sun and other planets moved into the more down to earth aries energy.
Yggdrasil must be having a fun day with us going this out of whack.

Stop playing with the controls Skuld Tongue Okay kidding kidding, its not your fault *pats on the head*.

Feels like a perfect month to focus on love and loving things.

(Two pseudo normal friends had "night of the lizards" last night and couldnt sleep well. Something to be said for polarities)

I was just thinking, maybe you should go out tonight Jacrob and see what happens
Wink
single aries girl, with all those planets in aries and now even the moon too, since tomorrow is a new moon...
when I was walking home earlier today I noticed many groups of (young) men on the streets and it kind of puzzled me until I remembered the planetary constellations lol.
Must be the aries energy that drew them out since aries is the young male, traditionally. The most masculine of all signs.

I've been feeling like a train running off it's tracks recently. As a young male Aries I feel like I am going to explode with all this energy pulling me this way and that and yet I am stuck at work packing books into boxes for 8 hours a day. All morning I've felt this urge to toss the watercooler out the window and make a run for it like at the end of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest Tongue

I had to look up that scene since I haven't seen the film.

I keep seeing the word wolf everywhere, and I've had this song in my head for months. So Gemini Wolf I'm linking this for you and Loki...

Totally agree with this. Totally restless! Try this meditation attached my Aries brother....it made me feel blissful this morning. It echoes something Bashar said about doing regular yogic breathing to balance the body and oxygenate the cells. Apparently we should be doing breathwork daily to keep us functioning properly.

Once you get the hang of the rhythm you can do it to your own timing in silence. This one is good because she just counts the breaths for you so you can focus on getting it right.

I never go out these days...that's probably why I'm single! But no boyfriends yet until the joy of singledom is crystalised! I want to love being single instead of feeling lonely. I'm nearly there!
However in saying that, 6yrs worth passion without an outlet has built to a staggering height! I get the message that the right man will come at the right time. I'm patient but this Aries energy has got me jangled a bit.

Thanks for thinking of me and Loki. I liked the music for the most part. Just not the part where they burned the wolf figures. The rest of it was catchy though, so thank you.

I've not actually seen the whole clip, I hear it on the radio constantly. As a totem animal of mine (amongst many) I find the words of the song reasonate strongly. The starving, long gone wolf returning to the fold.

Quote:Wolf, Power Animal, Symbol of Wildness, Social and Family Values, Intuition, Loyalty

By Ina Woolcott

Native American and Celtic custom regard Wolf as the way of find the deepest levels of self, of inner knowing and intuition. This is symbolized by the image of the wolf howling at the moon. Native Americans have long regarded wolves as teachers or pathfinders. In astrology, Wolf is represented by the Dog, Sirius, thought by many aboriginal tribes to be the home of the Ancients.

Wolves are probably the most misunderstood of all wild animals. Stories of cold-bloodedness abound, in spite of their friendly, intelligent and social traits. The wolf, once a much feared and hated animal, has lately become much more appreciated. They now stand a better chance of survival, where they haven’t been hunted to extinction, or near extinction, in some countries. In the USA this culling of wolfs, who are a symbol of wildness, was down to the process of taming the wilderness. Especially where farms were trying to be founded. They were seen as the enemy, especially when they ate farm animals! Perhaps nowadays people are becoming more aware that keeping the harmony of nature and its inhabitants intact is necessary as wolf’s are being reintroduced back into the wilderness in the USA. Of course, farmers are protesting profusely. On a deeper level our emotions toward Wolf reflect our muddled feelings of ourselves as humans. Although we consider ourselves ‘civilized’ we are still animals with our own wild spirit. Wolf reminds us of this, often uneasily.

The wolf, is a symbol of the night. This time can seem lonesome and scary to us. But it is also the time when through dreams, we may discover valuable things about ourselves. This is a lonely path. To truly come to understand yourself, you must be alone, undeterred by the beliefs, judgements and views of others. The wolf teaches us to learn about our inner self and to discover our inner power and strength. However, to achieve this, we must take risks and face our deepest fears. Wolf requires sincerity. Though demanding a lot of us, much is given in return; a spirit helper that is always there to help, giving us extraordinary powers of endurance. Learn to hear the voice within yourself, which in silence is as clear as the sound of the wolf howling in the night.

Wolf is also an extremely gregarious animal, enjoying the company of others. Wolves mate for life. The clan has a solid social structure, in which all adults participate in the upbringing of the young. Wolves are fiercely loyal to their mates, with a strong sense of family whilst upholding individualism. Though their clans are highly organised, they are truly free spirits. They seem to go out of their way to avoid a fight. A shift in posture, a growl, or a glance gets the point across quite readily without violence. We are reminded not to waste resources and to learn how to avoid trouble and confrontations. People with Wolf as power animal have the ability to make quick and firm emotional attachments. Trust your insights about these attachments, wolf will be there to guide you. Take control of your life with Wolf’s assistance and do so with harmony and discipline.

We can truly use wolf as an example in our lives. We can understand that there doesn't need to be a hard separation between the solitary and social paths. Wolf teaches you to balance between the needs your family has of you and the needs you have for yourself. Wolves are totally loyal to the pack but do not give up their identity to the pack. If wolf has come into your life you are must look at where you are being too dependent and where you may be too independent.

Wolfs qualities, his medicine, are the ability to learn knew ideas and then teach them to others. Wolf is thought to be an independent explorer coming back to his pack to teach what he has discovered. We too in exploring the hidden paths of consciousness, may come across new truths to share with the rest of our clan, human beings. Wolf brings faithfulness, inner strength and intuition when he enters our lives, and also teaches us to live with ourselves.

If Wolf finds you, this may be an indication that you are a great teacher or thinker. Or if this is not so, perhaps you need to ponder whether there may be something you need to expand your mind about. Be receptive to new concepts/ideas. By doing so you can gain more wisdom. To increase your Wolf power, you can utilise your newly integrated wisdom and also share it with others. Wisdom is gained through experience, by walking the path. Another way to put it - practise what you preach.

When a lone wolf is spotted in the wilderness it embodies freedom. When seen in a pack it embodies a feel of community. If wolf appears to you alone or in a pack it is asking you to do the same within your own life.

The Wolf's senses are highly developed. They are extremely intelligent with excellent hearing, sense of smell and strong feeling. As well as being determined animals they are also cunning. A wolfs howl is primal and penetrating. The howl is used to locate clan members or to let wolves from outside of the pack know their territory boundaries. If you hear a wolf howl, this may be telling you to stand your ground and defend your boundaries.

Wolves express themselves a lot with body language. If angry, they may stick their ears straight up and show their teeth. A suspicious wolf pulls its ears back and squints. Fear is often indicated by flattening the ears against the head. A wolf wanting to play, dances and bows playfully. Their body language is symbolic to you. Humans also uses body language to send out messages. The study of this art can increase your perception of this power animal.

Wolves hunt in packs, depending on endurance to run down weak and older animals. They have been known to cover 35 miles a day in pursuit. Wolf is a symbol of stamina and strength, teaching you to know who you are, and to develop strength and confidence in what you do.

Wolf's medicine includes death and rebirth, facing death with dignity and courage, Spirit teaching, guidance in dreams and meditations, instinct linked with intelligence, social and family values, steadfastness, skill in protection of self and family, outwitting enemies, ability to pass unseen, taking advantage of change.
http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Kurama This reminds me of Gemini. Fox kind of = wolf but not exactly so its nots a 1:1 transition but the concept in the storyline strongly resonate with Gemini energies.

Its the story of a young boy who grows into a man who was as an infant used to draw away a demonic fox invader who wanted to destroy the village. The fox exists within the boy sealed away waiting to be tapped into. The story follows the motivation and the reasoning and the journey of the boy as he step by step learns to tap into the internal power that this still concious but trapped demon fox eventually starts to barter with Naruto (The main char) Also, Nauru is laughter in my language, but not in Japanese far as I know of. As a sidenote.

Anyway. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDtH901NuD0 here is a good showing video of a training match in an arena between Naruto (The main char with the 9 tail demon fox) and Kiba (A dog attached semi-wild man).

Purpose of training is combat oriented but storyline is mostly non combat oriented and about what are the right choices to make in times of "magic" or "survival danger" to maintain the cohesion of yourself and others around you as easy as possible. Otherwise you'll lose.

This is one of those "Try to maintain cohesion in 4th D" style things.

So. Pick your poison, If you like the idea in the show, I'd go with Kiba, it probably is more like you than Naruto. I've met Naruto in 3rd D form as well and its kind of unusual... Though I must admit, I did like her. (Yes the Naruto 3d form I saw was a female).

Anyway. I recommend the show for all internal demonological hijinks that you may or may not need in person and in touch help with. It has a wonderful vibe for that. Lots of crying, lots of release, lots of asskicking and destroying of things. =)

Edit: Hope this isnt too "heavy" astral work for anyone involved but no one was / is really seriously harmed in the process and it is a training match in general. Far as I know, it is early 4th D work that is allowed in this soc mem context. I hope. If not then please remove combat related material. Some people tend to get really afraid and skiddish around anything relating to combat / immunity / survival and immediately think "oh is so evil". Dont know about mentality here enough to say, one way or another.

Thanks for this link, I did this meditation this morning and it helped a lot Smile

I've been listening to a couple of Solara An-Ra's meditations recently. Her voice is so soothing . . . hypnotic almost BigSmile
