is there anybody here with long term experience of Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones as meditation tools?

There are lots of free sessions on the web. http://free-binaural-beats.com/ is the most extensive official free resource I have found so far.

I keep getting amazed by the results of this stuff =)

the best isochronic tones I have found so far. make sure you klick the "download torrent" button and not the big "download" button as that is an add.

need a torrent program to download. can recomend "Utorrent" (safe and free) if you dont have one.
I've used them a good deal. They can be real useful. I set-up a mental block on them somehow though so they don't work for me at the moment.
Speaking of binaural beats, I sometimes get a naturally occurring one in my right ear while meditating. I try to focus on it but the volume will go up and down. Almost sounds like a morse code with an echo to it.

I get that sometimes, but usually it is more like music. It will last around three days or more.
Now this was trippy, I came across something called "Xphirience" that is suposedly a meditation sound designed after the golden ratio.

Curious I found a Place to download it and give it a try. To my suprice it gave me a MOJOR fashback from when I was a kid and was in a state betwen sleeping and awake, unable to move I Heard this sound that was EXACLY the sound in this meditation. As a kid it realy freaked me out.

I´m going to give this a honest try, and if it resonates with me I will contribute to the authour and buy the original. I have done the meditation once and was left with a nice state of wellbeing.

the site is http://www.xphirience.com/

The site promice 30 Day money back guarantee so downloading it and giving it a honest try for that period should be ok. try b4r you buy can be found here: http://kickass.to/xphirience-complete-pa...00412.html (again, click the "download torrent" button at the top of the page, and not the big "download" button as this is an add)

Would love to get feed back on your experiance with it if you decide to give it a try.

Edit: my previous link is to open source material that can be found for free on the original site http://www.iso-tones.com/index.php/tones
