I am grappling with the article "Life, Death, Reincarnation and Ascension" written by Daniel.

Daniel talks about life, death, ascension and reincarnation based on information from the Law of One, Taoism, Tibetan Book of the Dead, Plato's Myth of Er, and Larson's Reciprocal System.
If you have read this paper, I like to hear your comments.
I've read all of his papers and I find them interesting. Up until the last 2 papers I felt his views worked in a cohesive fashion with the LOO but then he kinda went somewhere else.
His ideas are a complilation of connections between his larsonian physics understanding and ancient mythology. The larsonian physics I like from him, but there are conclusions that he comes to that are based on nothing other than what mythological story best fits what he thinks. It's not a solid source of information, but rather interesting speculation from a knowledgable person. On his forum he mentions that he no longer may believe in the veritability of the channeling aspect of the Ra contact.
I think his thoughts on the different types of bioenergy is interesting and might have a correlation to Ra's mention of vital energy..

I have thought about this too. Could this be the reason why I am stuck here with so many past lives? Or maybe I am just a very slow learner?

Much of that sounds ify. I don't think that there are greys on the other side. At least not in the same capacity as here. I don't think that following a being into the light is trickery that would cause you to immediately be born again on Earth. I don't think we come back until we choose to come back. And I'm not sure if we can do so without a soul contract.
