Evidently, it was possible for one to go through all densities while incarnate on the Earth, by use of Pyramids, in a process called Initiation, back in ancient Egypt. Not something I'd want to do, but fascinating about the possibility nonetheless. Shift of the Ages is a fascinating read. It's free on his site.
