This brew from the south american holly is everything that cup of joe is plus more, tons of nutrients, chlorophyll, caffeine, but also contains natural muscle relaxers so you don't get that jittery energy coffee seems to bless you with.

Some consider the redwood, oak, and holly tree to be some of the most holy for what it's worth, and Carla does refer to her holy spirit as Holly so there ya go.

I love the stuff, the current Pope drinks it out of a silver straw the traditional way. I look at it as the enlightened man's coffee. Heart
I've had Yerba Mate a couple times and it's really good. Definitely gets you buzzing Tongue It's hard to find around here though
I'm a plain old Folgers man myself. But might try this one day.

I'm a tea man myself. My favorite is Dragon Eye Oolong. I might give this a try. Does anybody know the caffeine content? I can only handle a very small dose of caffeine.

I don't have a coffee grinder and I'd be afraid of getting beans.

Genmaicha Japanese green tea is pretty good. It's got bits of popcorn in it. I use the brand English Tea Store.
