Positive path: Sit and begin to analyze every desire in your being and attempt to accept every resistance and repulsion that forms those desires. If your primordial desires stretch back to other lives, attempt to manifest very short visions of every desire so that they are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Once you've fulfilled every desire and repulsion that causes you to be with a sense of time, you will return to timelessness and your body will be left behind.
You will become light that will simply enshroud the universe as other light does; You'll become the cosmos itself. With time going by seamlessly and without constraint from the perspective of the cosmos, the creator, you'll instantly (from our perspective) see the universe collapse and then rebirth into a new series of planets and life, through which you will be reborn in new incarnations.
Negative path: Sit and attempt to deny and forget every desire you have. If you cannot forget a desire, suppress it with its anti-thesis. For instance, if you desire love, imagine hatred towards people. Find every desire still existing and imagine embracing the opposite while completely forgetting what was initially desired. You will end up with a great emotional anguish that will build on itself. Once you've assimilated every desire into a seamless blank state that negates your original desires, you must continue to destroy your unconscious remnants of love and love for existence. There will be a momentum of pain that will allow this to occur.
Eventually you'll hit a momentum that will bring your soul, unconsciously, to the Sun (Are you not all things?) through which you will cause a supernova and form a black hole that will consume this solar system and all nearby life, fulfilling the creator's purpose in the opposite extreme.
