I've been reading countless and countless sessions on the gateway to intelligent infinity. Basically countless hours trying to understand everything and anything about the concept of realization.

I used to not understand this quote until now.

Quote:Questioner: What is the greatest service that our population on this planet could perform individually?

Ra: I am Ra. There is but one service. The Law is One. The offering of self to Creator is the greatest service, the unity, the fountainhead. The entity who seeks the One Creator is with infinite intelligence. From this seeking, from this offering, a great multiplicity of opportunities will evolve depending upon the mind/body/spirit complexes’ distortions with regard to the various illusory aspects or energy centers of the various complexes of your illusion.

Basically I understand the whole concept of it after reading and imbedding the connections between the countless sessions of Q'uo and other sources on this.

I attempted my first Kundalini last night, The point of this topic is not to adress the concept but the essence or feeling from any here who attempt this and do this as well. Anyways I was laying on my bed and started contemplating the various natures of red orange yellow green blue indigo, sexuality survival, the self to self acceptance, the forgiveness of otherself on a personal level, the acceptance of family and group relationship, the acceptance of ego and the higher energy center's areas of understanding as well.. visualizing the energy go through the soles through the base of the spine through each colored ball along rising generally upwards.

After I did that for about ten minutes I kind of decided to have a silent meditation while still laying down, and so this went on for about 20 minutes and then I was spaced out totally unaware of anything. Suddenly I was aware again but this time it felt like a huge energy pressure from my heart or center of the chest, imagine if you would a bubble of gas trying to escape up to the surface of the water. This energy like the bubble of gas moved suddenly through the throat and into my forehead where I began seeing with my eyes closed circular energy lines spaced out from a nucleus of another circle, these were colored blue. All at the same time I still felt this energy until it slowly dissipated.

Any thoughts on this? who here has any experience with Kundalini first hand. I understand the concept since I've contemplated countless material, but I want first hand accounts of your experiences. Thank you.
I believe this was not a Kundalini experience, nor intelligent infinity. It was significant though, for it advanced you closer to where you desire to be.

I knew something had happened when I connected with intelligent infinity, but not what. I asked someone who has been there and back for many years what had happened o me, and I was told. Rest assured, all will change when it happens, but all must change too before it happens. If the desire is there, you have love in your heart, and you have faith, it will happen.

Continue meditating, and continue to offer oneself to the One Creator. It will happen soon enough.
I'd say does have to do with kundalini in that it was an experience of what Ra calls the meeting of the south pole energy with the north pole energy. It wasn't a connection with intelligent infinity in that it peaked at indigo ray rather than violet, but it sounds like it was a meaningful and powerful experience nonethelss.
I agree brother. It was a significant step in the right direction. In this there is only good Smile

If I may offer a quote on Kundalini

Quote:Traditionally, it is believed that after being awakened, Kundalini will be able to remove the knots of the major chakras, cleanse, open and develop the chakras until they are fully developed into full-blooming lotus forms. By the time the Kundalini finishes opening, cleansing and developing all of the chakras, the core of the Kundalini will reach the crown chakra, the chakra at the top of the head. This is the time you attain the highest spiritual achievement.

However, it is not so easy for someone to attain. First, it is very hard to awaken the Kundalini. Some people have spent decades of dedicated practices without being able to awaken their Kundalini. It is believed that only a few were really able to awaken their Kundalini. For those who were lucky enough to have their Kundalini awakened, the cleansing process of the Kundalini would still have taken decades. Kundalini requires years to cleanse, open and develop a chakra completely, and the process is done in a bottom up in sequential order. So, as the Kundalini starts at the lowest chakra and spends a few years at this base chakra, it will take decades before the Kundalini can start working at the crown chakra, the 7th chakra. In most cases, one will die before achieving the final goal of the process since the time required is too long.

My suggestion would be to value the experience without labeling it. Obviously the technique worked for you so use it again and again and see how far you can go with it. Trying to put labels get the mind/intellect/personality involved and start to corrupt the original experience...
I only attempted it that time, I enjoy your posts here and find that I agree it could of been anything or neither, I will press on attempting my friends. Anyways I've been also trying to attempt and include the balancing meditation of which Ra spoke about.

Quote:Ra: I am Ra. We shall begin with the first of the three teachings/learnings.

We begin with the mental learn/teaching necessary for contact with intelligent infinity. The prerequisite of mental work is the ability to retain silence of self at a steady state when required by the self. The mind must be opened like a door. The key is silence.

Within the door lies an hierarchical construction you may liken unto geography and in some ways geometry, for the hierarchy is quite regular, bearing inner relationships.

To begin to master the concept of mental disciplines it is necessary to examine the self. The polarity of your dimension must be internalized. Where you find patience within your mind you must consciously find the corresponding impatience and vice versa. Each thought a being has, has in its turn an antithesis. The disciplines of the mind involve, first of all, identifying both those things of which you approve and those things of which you disapprove within yourself, and then balancing each and every positive and negative charge with its equal. The mind contains all things. Therefore, you must discover this completeness within yourself.

The second mental discipline is acceptance of the completeness within your consciousness. It is not for a being of polarity in the physical consciousness to pick and choose among attributes, thus building the roles that cause blockages and confusions in the already distorted mind complex. Each acceptance smoothes part of the many distortions that the faculty you call judgment engenders.

The third discipline of the mind is a repetition of the first but with the gaze outward toward the fellow entities that it meets. In each entity there exists completeness. Thus, the ability to understand each balance is necessary. When you view patience, you are responsible for mirroring in your mental understandings, patience/impatience. When you view impatience, it is necessary for your mental configuration of understanding to be impatience/patience. We use this as a simple example. Most configurations of mind have many facets, and understanding of either self polarities, or what you would call other-self polarities, can and must be understood as subtle work.

The next step is the acceptance of the other-self polarities, which mirrors the second step. These are the first four steps of learning mental disciplines. The fifth step involves observing the geographical and geometrical relationships and ratios of the mind, the other mind, the mass mind, and the infinite mind.

The second area of learn/teaching is the study/understanding of the body complexes. It is necessary to know your body well. This is a matter of using the mind to examine how the feelings, the biases, what you would call the emotions, affect various portions of the body complex. It shall be necessary to both understand the bodily polarity and to accept them, repeating in a chemical/physical manifestation the work you have done upon the mind bethinking the consciousness.

The body is a creature of the mind’s creation. It has its biases. The biological bias must be first completely understood and then the opposite bias allowed to find full expression in understanding. Again, the process of acceptance of the body as a balanced, as well as polarized, individual may then be accomplished. It is then the task to extend this understanding to the bodies of the other-selves whom you will meet.

The simplest example of this is the understanding that each biological male is female; each biological female is male. This is a simple example. However, in almost every case wherein you are attempting the understanding of the body of self or other-self, you will again find that the most subtle discernment is necessary in order to fully grasp the polarity complexes involved.

I am currently on the first and second disciplines with the mind's biases and it's acceptance of the 360 consciousness after each which I can remember can be balanced on that day. I find this to be a tad similar in concept with Kundalini with it's examining and balancing and acceptance. Would any agree on that? thoughts?

Also can anyone offer some thoughts on the fifth discipline??
Quote:The fifth step involves observing the geographical and geometrical relationships and ratios of the mind, the other mind, the mass mind, and the infinite mind.

Can it be attempted by looking at the various cultural biases of mass populations throughout the world and balance them? or connect cultures with it's other opposite culture in other locations? balancing what would the general thoughts of the masses are I guess? I'm confused on this part.

My friend !!! there are so many different systems and techniques. All valid in their own account. Many trying to do different things although in the end they will reconcile but in the meantime they will be confusing to compare and contrast. For example: in Tantra sexual ritual is part of the practice of raising kundalini while in yoga the sexual energy is transcended by raising it through Kundalini.

Now here Ra is talking about a specific method for developing healing capabilities. As healing requires balancing of different energies/stimulus. They could be emotional/psychological/mental or spiritual or group related. Now raising Kundalini is a totally different phenomenon. You literally raise the dormant un-potentiated energy up from your sex center thru your spinal column, all the way to the Crown Chakra. It provides you the experience of Samadhi (oneness). This requires lot more practice and body and mental purity and needs guidance. There have been several cases of people hurting themselves due to austere practices and raising the powerful forces of kundalini while not ready for it. They go completely crazy as their energy circuits are all shot due to the sudden surge. Not surprisingly the kundalini is symbolized by the Serpent. When you rouse the sleeping serpent, you better be prepared to handle the powerful venomous force...

If you have the warrior type energies then Kundalini may be the practice for you but step with caution.
Hello Cyclops,

I have and I didn't know what I had experienced in my 'moment' until I logged on here. Then I got the 'word' for what had occured....

I did not know that you could attempt it, I knew nothing

Go that energy from the source of One to the source of One from the source of One

Love Everything xxx
Another bump.

My self has been setting up to awaken the Kundalini. I started to feel/see the signs last year but shook it off as something that may be years off.

Fast forward to now. I've rested in the middle ground for a while but I can feel the will churning to break out and have come to a realization that the Kundalini has been trying to rise for quite some time (years and years, in fact) and is gaining ground but slowly and has not, to my current knowledge, broken past the red chakra. Which would also explain some sexual issues I've had and solved (so far).
My body/mind seems to have been getting ready for quite a while and laying the puzzle backwards I can only see that I'm given the opportunity to pick up the pace. Which I have to do.

I don't have many worries. They start and finish with the sadness of misunderstanding from my surrounding. I have left so much behind by now that I welcome the rise.
Some not long ago I, in all seriousness, went about to clean out karmic 'trash' and will continue to do so until I no longer need to. This will on the other hand produce some interesting meetings but will generally be hard to explain to my SO who, while having quite some power from previous lives, stay asleep still.
This combined with the opportunity to go visit some places of power in Mexico (vicinity of Playa del Carmen) a plan was given to myself, or rather a possibility vortex made itself known.
I know the general Maya ruins have mixed relations between STO and STS but structures and geometry carry innate power which I intend to make the most of.

In short I have to harmonize/normalize my chakra flows completely before December to make full use of this journey so I can maximize both potential energy flows and give as much as possible. With the turn of our yearly cycle I will be in the position where my focus can be laid almost exclusively on awakening the kundalini. How this will present itself, I do not know. Most likely I will change job or find alternate mode of living. Usually these things present themselves to me without prior notice so I'm used to surprising change.

Now I find myself in the position where I need as much information/help possible. Load on me as much information you could give; spare me the one-liners of wisdom, if this is not too much to ask.
I don't know if I'm too familiar of with kundalini energy definitions.

But let me take two excerpts from wikipedia on Kundalini:

"Through meditation, and various esoteric practices, such as Kundalini Yoga, Sahaja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga, the kundalini is awakened, and can rise up from the muladhara chakra through the central nadi, called sushumna, inside or alongside the spine and reaches the top of the head. The progress of kundalini through the different chakras leads to different levels of awakening and mystical experience, until the kundalini finally reaches the top of the head, Sahasrara or crown chakra, producing an extremely profound mystical experience."

"Kundalini is considered an interaction of the subtle body along with chakra energy centers and nadis channels. Each chakra is said to contain special characteristics [30] and with proper training, moving kundalini energy through these chakras can help express or open these characteristics."

----------------------

If that is what you refer to, I have experienced it.

During my meditations, I can focus energy on my an energy center/chakra and feel sensation there. During my meditations, sometimes I feel energy on an energy center/chakra without any focus on an area. The energy doesn't always feel the same, but usually tingling, electricity, or a slow moving, thick, hot or cold liquid describe it best. It usually centered around a primary energy center, or a secondary one.

I have noticed that the sensations that occur most often, without or without focus, are sensations along the front of my energy centers, although occasionally I feel sensation in the middle of the center, as in middle of the body when seen from front to back, that is deep inside my body.

Very rarely do I feel energy at the back of my energy centers. I have been told that the back of my energy centers are a little closed, unlike my front.

I do know that I can focus on the back and intensify the energy there.

To make a long story short, I have noticed that the energy in the back of these centers is much more orgasmic than energy in the front. Other than that feeling, I have not noticed substantial differences in the energy flow along the front, middle or back of my body. However, I am still exploring energy flow along the back of my body, and have probably done it maybe less than ten times, whereas I have focused and felt energy going from my root to crown and crown to root from the front or middle of my body over fifty maybe even a hundred times. As a important side note, the key to getting my energy centers unlocked was not a mechanical focus of generating energy in a center - manual focus was only useful in temporary amplification of energy - it was learning and internalizing the concepts that allowed that energy center to be expressed freely. That being said, the strength of the attention amplification was good feedback as to whether an energy center was blocked with distorted beliefs. At first, when I started this a year and half ago, I could not feel any energy in my throat or sacral even with focus and attention until I spent a few weeks dedicated to learning the beliefs behind those chakras.

It is funny that I noticed this thread today, because just today I re-remembered that I always meant to come back and focus on the back of my energy centers. I suppose this could be considered another synchronicity. In any case this is definitely an area of interest. Keep us updated Smile
As I understand it, all awakenings are different. What goes for you doesn't necessarily go for me and the guy next to me or you. Primarily I've set out to open/oil up all primary chakra-centers before actively attempting to raise the serpent.

That's where I'll start and will keep updates when taking 'next step'
I distinctly remember a brief experience while meditating where I was concentrating on my heartbeat while imagining a white ball around me. All of a sudden, all I heard and felt was this ridiculously loud wob wob wob wob and I saw continuous blasts of white light that coincided with the sounds. Was quite the experience so I can only imagine what reaching that level would be like.
This is quite interesting. Last summer whilst coming to the end of the Law of One material i meditated every night before i slept. I was actively trying to contact infinite intelligence. I found that by focusing my mind forwards in front of my face i would be enveloped by this all encompassing darkness. One night as i broke through into this darkness i thought entered my mind without me actively thinking about it. For some reason i thought about dubstep ( i know...) and all around me almost instantaneously with this thought i could hear dubstep coming from all around me. Afterwards i had to laugh ... of all thoughts to enter my mind it had to be something as meaningless as dubstep haha.
HEY!.... I like that music:

Aloneness

Well, I think I might have experienced a spontaneous awakening. I've had some very intense moments where I could literally (like, my skin just dissolved) feel such a deep connection to all and all. The first time it was quite overwhelming because I was just doing stuff and it happened, it left me completely mind boggled but it was such a magnificent feeling. This was before any noticable physical sensations like hot/cold flashes etc. etc. and the enormous rush/flow of energy which can be a bit unnerving sometimes because it's so intense. It's like a giant circle of light coming in from the top of head, rushing down into the earth and then it circles back up again. At least thats how I see it. My focus tends to scatter all over the place but when I tap into that energy it's creates a blissful feeling. My body seems to be able to manage or balance these changes most of the time.(read: when I don't resist it too much and just relax into it. Which, by the way, is quite a challenge for me.)
Sometimes I try to resist it because it feels like it doesn't belong to me or something.

I've felt exhausted for such a long time, so, when this stuff arises it may go a little something like this, sometimes; "Hey energy, yeah all of you! you don't belong here! Go-away-energy! Bad energy! Go! Wait, what's happening over there, yeah, on my body, that's not mine!"
It never really extends to a dialogue but it's nice to have a bit of fun with all the happenings.

The energy body is a great ally and feedback mechanism in balancing ourselves. The more you let yourself relax, and be at peace, the more of that energy you will feel in the moment, and in all moments. The lesson contained in that brief energetic session is a universal one.

Yes, that's how it feels. Thanks!
