This thread is for deeply spiritual songs that move you.
The way the monks chant in this really moves me.
Enigma's Prism of Life
Chant this with pure intention in your heart, and you should feel pressure in the third eye region.

thanks for posting this song Gemini Wolf, it's been a long time since I last listened to this and can't get enough of it again since yesterday :)
Song that was a bit miserable and inappropriate removed.

Way to go, Alex! Very catchy tune.
I recommend all music with the sitar instrument... sounds really good if you like to meditate with music

I wanted to reiterate this song. It brings a tear to my eye when the guy talks about the spice of life.
It is like my soul song right now.
Another kind of spiritual song.
This totally (totally) supercharges meditation for me (when radiating love to serve planetary whole)...
The entire Clear Blue Sky album by Nick Barber is beautiful.
Here's one track...
(Sorry if you have to watch it on YouTube.)

I find this song possibly the most beautiful I have come across in this incarnation:

"The Power Of Love" By Frankie Goes To Hollywood
I find the lyrics quite meaningful also!

Bluebells recent thread reminded me of this poetic dance track.
Hi All,
probably the wrong thread (please move, if another one would be more suitable - and sorry for the additional work), I recently found out about a very interesting music label and research project,
Klangwirkstoff - Incubator and network for harmonical musical research.
klangwirkstoff records Wrote:Klangwirkstoff can be understood as a catalyst in music theory and it deals with the influence of deduced rhythms, resonances and frequencies in nature.
Based on the natural law of octave identity, the (so called) process of the occuring octave allows musicians to adjoin tone and tempo, analogous to the octave, in each periodic cycle. This method can be applied for example to the rotating orbit of the planets or to the molecular spectrum.
In Egypt the tradition of ancient, harmonic practise of music was used in ritualised healing processes and meditation.
In their creative, music practice, the musicians B. Ashra, Tommelon, Eru (aka Ricky Deadking) and Akasha Project are exploring the effects of planetary and molecular tunings. Since the mid-90's, both as soloists and as a group, they have been artistically active exploring sound and releasing several works under the name Morphon, Brain Entertainment Laboratory (B.E.L.) and Sphere-Ra.
The label Klangwirkstoff offers particular access to the experimentation in contemporary harmonic music thus constituting a network for the tuning of music which spans the micro- and macrocosm of audible possibilities.
Love, light, peace and joy to all of you for the upcoming New Year,

Interesting... although what I sampled on Bandcamp mostly just sounded like any other ambient\krautrock. Not sure if there's anything more to it than that, but it's pretty good as spacey ambient goes.
In case anyone's interested, there's a few more samples of their work on YouTube:

(live)
And an hour-and-a-half live show of their mastermind, B. Ashra, who's also done a recording of
Om for meditation:
