I am so tempted to start trying this as i find food to be such a chore a lot of the time. Don't get me wrong, I can understand the beauty of making your own food and eating with friends, but seeing as you have to eat so regularly, this for me would be such a relief. Not having to worry about whether im meeting my requirements would be sweet. Of course, this only applies if the product works. Seeing as its a very recent invention, it's too early to say with any certainty that its healthy in the long term. A man can dream though, a man can dream (extra points if anyone can guess which tv show im referencing).
Damn beat me to the punch. With the clip to boot. Respect.

I'm trying to use less profanity these days haha. For the children!
Why not go with something like Garden of Life's RAW meal?
http://www.gardenoflife.com/Products-for...-Meal.aspx (Warning - there's a video that automatically plays in the top-right corner)
Compare it to what's in the Soylent:
https://faq.soylent.me/hc/en-us/articles...-Nutrition (scroll down almost to the bottom, to "ingredients".
I mean, the Garden of Life product is raw, for one, and contains probiotics, for two. But aside from that, right below the ingredients list on the Soylent page is a statement which would cause me personally to not consider the Soylent whatsoever as a viable food product:
"Soylent contains GMO and conventional ingredients. It is not certified organic or GMO-free."
It says it right there.

Yeah it doesn't have to be soylent per say, just something which can help with my nuritional requirements. Thanks for the info
.
No problem.
This is also a pretty good one:

It's non-GMO, although not completely organic. The shake contains probiotics and the whey protein comes from happy New Zealand cows. The only thing is, it's a direct marketing product so it's not sold in stores. You gotta find an independant distributor who sells it.
I'm sure those things save money in the long run. I can easily spend $300/month in food.
But having the same old every day would get boring and I'd probably drop it.
I've never stuck with anything for long.
