That may be what the elite wish to do, but they're just running into a problem.
It's just like a kid who wants all the sweets in candy shop. The kid ogles over all the candy, and tells his mom and dad that he wants all the candy. Then his mother and father give the kid a good dose of reality.
The elite are receiving their dose of reality from their figurative parents now.
I suspect that the elite will be allowed to have a little candy, but not close to the whole store like they wanted.. The Creator won't allow it.
