I always consider that Free Will as the First Distortion came before Logos/Love, the Second Distortion which then emerges as the Third Distortion, Limitless Light.

Taking a look at this, I think it can be seen that through Light, the focus (Logos) of free will can be directed in any manner. Thus, I believe that infringement is more a case of choosing for another the focus of their free will, or rather, an attempt to influence that choice in a way which the other is not entirely privy to, lacking the details or knowledge of the influence. Hence, I believe it is more a case of being able to distract free will from its full availability of choices so that the likelihood of a choice being made to your (the infringer's) advantage can occur. This is why deception of the other is the foundation of all infringement.
