As we are all on (seemingly) unique journeys encountering unique catalyst, I think of universal, unconditional Love as a one-size-fits-all love.
It's intelligent, it's infinite and boundless. It far surpasses my human ability to love.
It seems to me that if we can channel Love/Light and radiate this from ourselves, then L/L will do the rest of the work, so to speak. Because as you say, "I cannot know for you how you want to and choose to experience existence." I cannot know, nor is it necessary when working with L/L, for me to try to understand what other entities and this planet need, can use, resonate with ...
If/when I am able, I let the L/L flow through me, as a conduit, and then it will do as it deems fit.
Recently, I have been considering my own ability to love (my history with loving), and found that most often, I am capable of what I call human love, in many flavors.
On a few occasions, which are utterly blissful and invigorating for me, I believe a wee little bit of L/L flowed through me and radiated from me. It felt like my own 3D MBS took the backseat and I was just along for the ride.
I have been considering love (lower case, my own human capacity) and Love (universal, unconditional). My sense - for now - is that when I (self) step out of the way a bit, and let L/L flow through me, it does the rest of the work and I can simply be present.

I'll never forget the first time I read Session 10 p. 14. It was a "blast of pure light" that informed but also challenged, to the depths!
"The moment contains love. This is the lesson/goal of this illusion or density. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness and understanding-distortions".
My spiritual director asked me to specifically reflect on that sentence (and the rest of the passage of course). I didn't need to be pushed! I read it often but have it in my heart for constant use.
"The moment contains love" could also be phrased "the moment encapsulates love in its fullness, expressing itself in every aspect of daily existence, like an artist creating a certain vision of reality on the canvass of life, then immediately modifying it to capture still another aspect. Never exhausting love in itself."

From what I understand, you just said there shouldn't be any rules to life. So if I were to speed through the highway because that is how I want to experience life then society should let me be free to cause accidents, create chaos, and runaway from the law.
I believe everyone still has to follow a set of rules otherwise we don't need a pandemic to kill us, I'll just get into my car right now and experience a life of driving fast without caring about those who I could hurt.
The rule is the first distortion, Free Will. If I drive 200km/h down the highway and it causes no disturbance (tree falls in the forest), then no one's free will has been encroached upon and no outward karma is generated. If I do the same but cause fear and panic and accidents, then I have infringed on others free will. If I'm aiming for the positive polarity, then this infringement will create a karmic circumstance for one to learn how to further travel towards the chosen positive polarity. If I'm aiming for negative polarity, then the karmic circumstances will differ, allowing me to explore this direction further. So the rules are set up by the logos/karma, but enforced by ourselves. Edit: probably inaccurate, most likely reversed.
Now why is free will the first distortion before love? Because love would be meaningless without it, in the context of this logos. Love as a differentiated concept from pure existence is the byproduct.

So absolutely johnpierce, I find it in fact now difficult not to see love in everything I observe, whether in its existence or in its lack for someone who has been traumatized.

I find it interesting that in LOO the law of confusion comes first. As I've noticed that love seems to imply liberty, for love involves cherishing your directionality and supporting it ?. Maybe this is because "everyone" and "individuation" as in my conception/distortion of Love require the law of confusion, already
The law of confusion came in fact once the Logos decided that, since progression in spiritual seeking was slow, as incarnations took place in what seems to have been idyllic environment where efforts were not that necessary, the veil took place and with it came the law of confusion. So it was not so much à distorsion of Love, but the veil in space/time definitely created an impetus for progress, lol

And just to add, the Law of Confusion is a direct result of the First distortion the Law of Free Will (they are both the same first distortion, just a different context). Love is the 2nd distortion emanating from it, because it needs to be a choice in this Logos. This is why some of us feel only exploring Love is potentially spiritual bypassing, because if you don't understand how it relates to the first distortion, then you might not really understand it at all.

According to Ra, Love can be defined as “the creative force of the One Infinite”. Love is described in the Law of One material primarily as an active force vs a passive feeling. In other words, what we call “love” in terms of a romantic feeling is not actually what Love is.
For example, Ra states,
“The nature of the vibratory patterns of your universe is dependent upon the configurations placed upon the original material or light by the focus or Love using Its intelligent energy to create a certain pattern of illusions or densities in order to satisfy Its own intelligent estimate of a method of knowing Itself.”
Ra also states,
“The vibration or density of love or understanding is not a term used in the same sense as the second distortion, Love; the distortion Love being the great activator and primal co-Creator of various creations using intelligent infinity; the vibration love being that density in which those who have learned to do an activity called “loving” without significant distortion, then seek the ways of light or wisdom.”
So Ra is telling us that Love is:
1. A creative energy
2. A focus
3. An activator
Latwaii, an entity channeled by Carla of the llresearch group, adds additional insight.
“...for that which enters the base energy center or chakra is what may be called prana or intelligent energy, also to be known as love, the creative force responsible for the creation itself. Thus, each individual receives this creative force through the base chakra, and by its own free will and its system of beliefs, will use that energy in any of an infinite number of ways.”
Intelligent energy is love and it is what sustains and “powers” us. It is the subtle energy which keeps entropy at bay. For if it wasn’t for this energy, our bodies would naturally succumb to entropy and gradually decay.
Love works as a creative force by way of the energy centers. This one energy, intelligent energy, or love, gradually moves upwards through our energy centers, stopping when blocked.
Latwaii explains,
“The mental and spiritual complexes or bodies of each entity are motivated in large part by this intelligent energy, with the spiritual complex partaking also of a quality of energy that one may describe as unity, or, as we find some in this group would call it, intelligent infinity, which is the quality of beingness that the one Creator draws upon in order to create the creation and each portion of it. All this in turn takes place because the physical vehicle has been energized by these energies as well as the food that powers its movement and its existence within your reality.”
As intelligent energy moves into an energy center and that center is crystalized, the use of that energy by the individual is what makes it creative as its use is infinite.
Love is a focus because as one gradually becomes self aware and becomes more and more involved in the direction of their life, their focus becomes the “choice” which allows one to become a co-Creator.
Ra explains,
“The term Love then may be seen as the focus, the choice of attack, the type of energy of an extremely, shall we say, high order which causes intelligent energy to be formed from the potential of intelligent infinity in just such and such a way. This then may be seen to be an object rather than an activity by some of your peoples, and the principle of this extremely strong energy focus being worshiped as the Creator instead of unity or oneness from which all Loves emanate.”
Love is an activator, as in it stimulates and initiates action. This is why love is called a "co-Creator" - it is the energy that enables one to activate potential.

It's interesting as in some case of so called romantic love, use of language is not needed anymore, even at distance in space, and how the shared vibration of that kind does sometimes feel as unity with the rest of creation. As in some way, it erases the feeling of separate human identity.
Saint-Exupery, the author of the Little Prince, wrote a passage in that sense on human love, in a book published posthumously, after his plane was shot down, titled in french Citadelle. It's a dense and beautiful book, in a way the sum of meditations of a whole life, as told by a chief responsible for a citadel in the Sahara. Incredibly poetic and beautiful. I'll try to find that passage on that human love transformed.

So here is Saint Exupery's small passage of this long posthumous book Citadelle. It apparently starts on romantic love but quickly rises to more. Please forgive my translation as his style, in that book, is slightly different from his other writings. This is from chapter 170 ( in the abridged version..)
"But if I encounter this one who blushes and stammers, and who needs presents to learn to smile, for to her they are sea winds and not capture, then I shall make myself path to release her.
I shall neither abase myself nor her. I shall be around her like space and within her like time. I shall tell her, ' Do not hasten to know me, there's nothing to grasp. I am space and time where to become.'
If she needs me , like the seed in the soil to turn into tree, I shall not stifle her with my self-importance.
I neither shall honor her for herself. I shall deeply scratch her with love's talons. My love shall be to her an eagle of powerful wings. And it will not be me she discovers, but through me, the valleys, the mountains, the stars, the gods.
It is not about me. I am but the one who carries. It is not about you :you are but path to the meadows at dawn. It is not about us : we are together passage for God who borrows for a moment our generation, and uses it. "
