I'm on Risperdol (which is a competitor to Abilify), and take Cogentin for the jitteryness/anxiety. I actually am on about 5 different meds, including Depacote, a mood stabilizer, because they diagnosed me bipolar as well. I hope to one day be off them, but for now, they are helping.

I can't say I agree totally with this statement. Coming to 3D is a free will choice for a wanderer. I don't think we have to do it. It means more if we choose to go through such forgetting out of our own love for 3D, in order to bring our light to a struggling world. I don't recall Ra saying that we had to go through 3D twice in our journey back to Creator. If I knew it would be this hard, I wouldn't have volunteered. I can feel pretty weak at times.

While 3D might be fun part of the time, most of the time it leaves me longing for home.

I think the fun is only just beginning. I feel amazing now after that week of suffering. I'am not 100% yet but I feel really good finally and I'am just glad that week is over. s*** reading my posts from that week it was like I was a different person. Must have been more negative persona's leaving my body.

Pretty amazing that after 4 years of daily weed/tobacco smoking after that week I have no desire at all for weed and very little for cigarettes. I can eat meat again but I guess my appetite for it has diminished somewhat. Veggies/Fruit actually appeals to my taste-buds now. Everything is brighter and more vivid and the vibrations are relaxing and strong. Call me crazy but my face changed a lot in that week, especially my eyes, even my mum commented on it. Although that could just be because last week I literally looked like a demon, red eyes , black/blue bruising around my eyes/face, red marks on my face etc and my face was in a constant scowl which I couldn't help.

All is well now though, please let that be the last one although I doubt it. No pain no gain I guess.

I'm feeling pretty good now too. At least I have a decent job to go to tomorrow.
I may not always like the work, but it keeps me busy.

I never got that demony look, but I'm sure people could tell that before I wasn't right in the head.

I think Sag that our two experiences were different, though both scary. At least I'm in a calm now.

I've also never had a craving for smoking, though I have tried it out of curiosity. Never stuck with me though.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - xise - 07-15-2012

3d is about the rollercoaster of life. The wheel of fortune. The cycle of life.

Maybe it's just the energy, but for the past week I feel horrible - hopeless, despairing, lost, abandoned. Almost like it's my dark night of the soul time - I see the presence of intelligent infinity, but yet I am stuck in my reoccurring/incarnative (and recently resurgent) catalyst...I've tried looking at my catalyst every which way to decipher what lesson I am to learn.

After much contemplation, and looking at my life over the years and the reoccurring theme of catalysts (for which I have learned many lessons, but now am at a loss of what more I have to learn with this same type of catalyst), I believe that my primary lesson to learn is ultimately long-term faith that there is a brighter day...and that this darkness I may have to endure, as I have, for many more years in some form/fashion, until such a time that dawn truly comes.

It's time like these that I really look forward to the end of 3d...

Higher self if you are reading this: There is no rush man, we have infinite time to evolve, next time let's decide on just a wee bit less incarnative catalyst next time please lol. Smile

I don't think anyone has the same experience especially when it comes to the transition. I have no doubt it was caused by the solar flares, I noticed friends and family where all sickish last week as well although no where near as affected as I was.

It passes man, I know exactly how you feel hehe. Sucks a lot though I know, worst feeling in the world easily. I try to look at it like a challenge, we are the ones who have it hardest and for very good reason we are the strongest entities on this planet and no one else could carry the burden we are.

Thank you for your kind words. You don't know how much what you said means to me.

I don't know if this will be helpful, but I've basically given up on the idea of learning lessons. Instead, I try to accept everything about each moment, no matter how difficult. I don't try to evaluate if I'm learning what I'm supposed to be learning; I just try to love myself and the others/catalyst I'm interacting with. I also try to remember to do the exercises that Ra said doubled in intensity with each repetition: seek the love in the moment and offer self to the Creator.

"...The moment contains love. That is the lesson/goal of this illusion or density. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness and understanding distortions. The first attempt is the cornerstone. Upon this choosing rests the remainder of the life-experience of an entity..." ~ Ra

Yeah. Also this:
Quote:10.12 ...However, if this same entity, being biased from the depths of its mind/body/spirit complex towards love/light, were then to accept responsibility for each moment of the time/space accumulation of present moments available to it, such an entity can empower its progress in much the same way as we described the empowering of the call of your social complex distortion to the Confederation.

I think what you said here is extremely helpful, us westerners are so much in the head, instead of the heart anyways.
Learning lessons - head
accepting and embracing moment and other entities - heart
the heart opens the gate to 4D.
It is all about Heart

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - xise - 07-18-2012

I cannot begin to describe in words the thanks I have for all of you that have mentioned in some way the first exercise of the Law of One. I read it back in February - just when I first started this journey of love.

It deeply resonates with me in ways I just wasn't ready to understand when I read it back then. There is love in every moment. The moment contains love. In some fashion. It is written so plainly yet I did not understand it as merely that: that every moment, no matter how despairing, no matter how negative, no matter how seemingly hopeless contains love. But we're not accustomed to seeking it. I think I am beginning to understand at a deeper level.

Thank you again! HeartSmile

I second the original post.
3d is so beautiful.
I am learning this more and more every day.
Love and light my brothers and sisters. My love to you each and every day.

this keeps the Creator humble; but also tests one's ability to hold the love, despite the very real illusion of separate identities and bodies.

3d permits some AMAZING EXPERIENCES; that of the individuated hero's quest, the sense of self-fulfillment in re-discovering one's self, all the madness and adventure of taking wrong turns.

I have had a somewhat challenging life in some respects (haven't we all!), but I value this opportunity so much.

Wrong thread did. Could we please delete this post mod? Thank you.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - Eddie - 07-05-2018

I am surprised that it took me so long to notice this thread.  Perhaps opportunity comes to us when we are ready for it.

Third density is dreadful and precious.

We nearly die from the distress of our traumas, but the friends and music we find here, we would never part from, if we have our ways...

Experience, manifestation, Maya, exists for the benefit of the perceptor.  In time we will move on from it.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - AnthroHeart - 07-06-2018

3D was the only density that gave me a warm feeling of love when I picked cards at random,
and felt yes or no for them regarding the densities.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - sequoyah - 07-11-2018

It's really a terrible dream

I can give countless examples, say i want to pick out the weeds from the natural flowers, while I'm doing so I'm trodding on the very flowers i'm trying to propagate.  Much easier if I could just float.  bUt it was my intentions that matter right?  Not that I made a mud patch?  Great encouragement lol  Cruel cruel experience here,

I'll agree with Yogananda, this is a terrible dream, and on purpose! so we'll run back to the creator.

Oxygen that gives us life eventually kills us by oxidizing, that's why antioxidants are beneficial.. What a design

This world is beautiful indeed. "I see trees of green ... and I think to myself: what a wonderful world ..."

When people are nice to each other it feels like heaven here but when bellicosity starts to rage I feel totally out of place.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - AnthroHeart - 07-13-2018

Wherever I'm from, 3D is home at the moment.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - loostudent - 07-14-2018

Its a beautiful place. All praise to our Logos! But people are not living so beautifully and peacefully. Regarding this I feel it more like makeshift shelter. I yearn for a lot more. A real home.

RE: 3d is fun, stop bashing 3d - TheSeekersLighthouse - 08-19-2018

I take third density for what it is, a ride where we learn the ways of love.

One fun thing about having wandered to here, the ability to play chess, you could not enjoy a good game of chess without the veil.

Yes third density can be difficult sometimes, but we are learning to distill the love in situations here, and being positive to others makes the ride here so much better and full of joy in my opinion.

Part of the positive polarity being acceptance, i think accepting that we are here is key, i went through those motions as a child yearning for my exit of this density, what would then be the point? Life is what we make it, that is free-will. Even I will have a day where intense catalyst can frustrate you, but lets love! No one here will be 100.0% light, not is that needed. Understanding is also not of this density, although we can begin to learn our cards and i think any wanderers who come here can help their social memory complex (if applicable) with the information gained.

I love this Ra quote

---
Ra: I am Ra. Let us give the example of the man who sees all the poker hands. He then knows the game. It is but child’s play to gamble, for it is no risk. The other hands are known. The possibilities are known and the hand will be played correctly but with no interest.

In time/space and in the true-color green density, the hands of all are open to the eye. The thoughts, the feelings, the troubles, all these may be seen. There is no deception and no desire for deception. Thus much may be accomplished in harmony but the mind/body/spirit gains little polarity from this interaction.

Let us re-examine this metaphor and multiply it into the longest poker game you can imagine, a lifetime. The cards are love, dislike, limitation, unhappiness, pleasure, etc. They are dealt and re-dealt and re-dealt continuously. You may, during this incarnation begin — and we stress begin — to know your own cards. You may begin to find the love within you. You may begin to balance your pleasure, your limitations, etc. However, your only indication of other-selves’ cards is to look into the eyes.

You cannot remember your hand, their hands, perhaps even the rules of this game. This game can only be won by those who lose their cards in the melting influence of love; can only be won by those who lay their pleasures, their limitations, their all upon the table face up and say inwardly: “All, all of you players, each other-self, whatever your hand, I love you.” This is the game: to know, to accept, to forgive, to balance, and to open the self in love. This cannot be done without the forgetting, for it would carry no weight in the life of the mind/body/spirit beingness totality.
