I'm not really an expert myself.. But from digestive tract to stomach, we are talking orange-through yellow-ray. So, by drawing fresh energy through the feet, you will refresh these areas successively. It is a simple meditation, to sit in a comfortable position, preferably with your feet flat against a flat surface, and then continue to "breathe energy" from the ground into your 'sacrum' area. As the sacrum is filled with new energy, it will proceed to fill your whole spectrum, from its own color (blood red) all the way to red-pink.
You may want to look over your diet as well. Maybe you're a smoker, a consumer of caffeine or excessive dairy. I'm not dietician either :p

I am not experiencing any digestive problems at the moment, I told you my third eye chakra was overactive. In reading about the yellow ray blockages I see it has to do with relations to other-selves, correct? As far as I can tell there is no blockage with my yellow ray energies. I think can clear up this misconception pretty easily. Are you familiar with the INFJ type personality? Add the characteristics of a first wave indigo and you will have a strange blend. I can understand the tendency to assume something is wrong, but you are observing me from an extroverted point of view. I'm functioning quite normally for who I am, with the exception of being a little too receptive to outside stimuli.
As far as the philosophical question still in play goes, I think answer is far more complex than simple self-sacrifice. Show love and forgive if possible, but one should not lightly abandon duty to self or other-selves. I think it's the cosmic catch-22 situation with each situation being weighed in accordance to potential outcomes. What will be the course that leads to the least amount of harm to all, including the aggressor. It may be possible to cheat death completely, and I would consider that to be the highest form of service to all.
