Not sure about that. Ra are not subject to the veil but claim not to have knowledge of 8th density or above. They remain mysteries.
If the creation is infinite then mystery must also be infinite.
Even on the conclusion of Games new questions are asked, new puzzles introduced and the fun continues.

Isn't the veil only present in 3rd density? And didn't Ra advance through 3rd density already?

The veil is not what prevents us from knowing everything. The veil only create the illusion of separation in between self and other self. After 3d, all are aware that all is connected, that all is one.
