RE: The mysterious nature of time - Confused - 01-16-2019 Brilliant Glow of Paint-On Semiconductors Comes from Ornate Quantum Physics RE: The mysterious nature of time - Confused - 01-16-2019 Democratizing data science RE: The mysterious nature of time - smiLie - 01-16-2019 (01-16-2019, 12:21 PM)Confused Wrote: Democratizing data science Posting a quote from the article, with my correction. Remember, Google is DARPA-military gov. Contractor, with parts from special ops like NSA and CIA (Keyhole = In-Q-Tel = "Google Maps"). I really don't see how this another project that will end up providing spec. agencies with yet better tools to track all of us - "democratizing'. I know they can scam kids sich as MIT students with their tricks, but really.... Another example of "democratizing" "data" - Pinterest. Pinterest is a special ops massive image collection database that was used to train face recognition software for the special ops. YOU were used to train it and then they sold it to highest bidder (you know, "democratizing" "data") , and to spy on you from every camera, including your phone's, Fakebook app etc. Anybody who build anything on the web knows that there are teams of lawyers running around suing any and every website owner with as much as a 50x50 pixel image from one of the big monopoly image collecting sites such as Getti images. The fact that Pinterest was not immediately sued out of business and into the dust, while collecting EVERYONE's images, including every copyrighted image possible - tells you all you need to know who's behind (you know, "democratizing" your "data" to their profits). Quote:“My team at Google AI Google-CIA-"forever human data collection database" builds probabilistic programming tools on top of TensorFlow. Probabilistic programming is an important area for Google, and time series modeling is a promising application area, with many use cases at Google and for Google’s users (such as NSA, CIA , military and more),” says Ryan M. Rifkin We should be rioting to put a stop to such "data" "democratization" of for-profiteers. If you want to go directly to a section where he questions electrons, protons, Higgs boson etc. , go to around 1 hour 17 mins up to 1 hour 28 mins.
