in Ra material, space and time are two counterparts. and they distribute to each other in different ratios in space/time, and time/space.

There are certainly things beyond time and space, such as infinity. Infinity is all the time and all the space, forever, and so time and space are subsets of infinity.
Beyond time and space, things simply are.
