Who did this LOO music series?

I recently discover what I think to be mozart of this generation, a Japanese anime composer, Yoko Kanno. Her music is extremely soothing yet technically complex. There is a nature flow to her music that I can only get from Mozart. Her composition is compared favorably to John Williams, yet sounds much more effortless. I even studied her personality, she has a very upbeat and childish character.

As the name implies "RA Music". I haven't tried it, but you are suppose to be able to filter existing mp3 music and such through it to enhance it with a more natural frequency, or something like that.
Is there a standalone music converter?
