The creator and i am the samething.
I am the same as you are.
We together share reality
But who's will shall change it?
The person who is coherent will become reality.
Change is happening, now and always.
We dance in experience.
Nothing and everything
We are.

When I realize that I am the consciousness behind my thoughts/mind, I realize this I is the true Creator. But we can only understand it with veiled 3D awareness.

Perhaps another way to think about it is: the consciousness you are talking about is the basis for "understanding" itself. And you are using it to understand your 3D perspective. It imparts reality to whatever it touches.
Spirit creates mind and mind creates body. When you can let go of your attachment to identification with the body, and then let go of your identification with the mind, you'll begin to get glimpses of your identity beyond identities, as pure spirit.
Your real nature is beyond dualities, and is the substance of existence/aliveness/love itself. Where mind/body involves subject/object relationships, spirit completely transcends such relationships as the oneness behind all relationships.

I've been trying to let go by relaxing my chakras. It makes me want to stretch before long.
Relaxing the mind will be tricky.

If anything, mind influences the body via placebo. It doesn't create s***. It's there. But there is no evidence. Some believe when you die your consciousness leave the body. That the body will not vanish suddenly as your mind leaves it. But there is no evidence for it and we don't know what happens after death.

Only in the Mind. Everything that we conceive is the illusion of Mind. When we are in dreamless sleep, nothing exists. Even the "Self" does not exist. Consciousness and the Universe we create, is created by Mind. The perfect example. When we are alone in a room, the door is closed and the curtains are drawn, how large is the Universe? The Universe only exist to the confines of the room. Everything outside is only what we believe, (or think to exist). The Universe will become larger when you get up from the chair, open the door and walk outside the room. The Universe will then have expanded to the hallway and other connecting rooms.
According to Zen, Everything and Nothing is the same thing. There is (no)thing in between. It is when we fold the Yin-Yang onto itself, everything is destroyed and recreated in the same moment, and both States simultaneously. We, exist moment to moment, and exist and non-exist in the moment because of the interchangeable Matter and Energy. Shiva and Shakti intertwined, as the Creator and Destroyer. I am the Creator. I am the Destroyer.
