One rule: If it's socially-catastrophic, as in it brings the board to a truly objective halt, it gets deleted. If you're consistently, intentionally socially catastrophic to the forum, I'll ban your IP and you can try again on another IP. I'll repeat this until one of us gets tired.
I mean, let's be honest, there is no true power on the internet. There is no true honor in running an internet forum anyone can clone and leave at anytime. Your true friends will always follow you around regardless of administration. So I am not going to pretend to be running people's lives on my Law of One trashcan.
Additionally, illegal content, spam (noise pollution) is inherently socially-catastrophic as they can get the forum banned from the hosting site by the gifted, wheel-chaired person that runs it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fredrick_Brennan
In summary: Do whatever you want as long as it doesn't totally break the forum. If somebody hurts your feels, talk to them about it or ignore them.
