How lasting is a thought? - AnthroHeart - 09-11-2015 Every thought is a creation. Every word spoken also creates. But how long do they stay manifested for? Do they on another dimension dissolve quickly, or are they lasting? RE: How lasting is a thought? - anagogy - 09-12-2015 All thoughts are already manifest somewhere in the eternal recesses of the ONE. Infinity contains all. But it is your attachment to a thought which activates, or culls out, that specific "slice" of infinty in your, personal, experience. So what is a manifestation? It is a kind of attachment to a certain vibration of "beingness", which causes your reality to join, or overlap, with another reality. You call that "manifestation". So how long does it stay manifested for? As long as you, and others like you, have an invested interest in that group of thoughts, or reality. Everything is here forever, but your conscious interest and attention is what keeps it activated as an attached reality to you, and others like you. The unconscious attachments, or overlays of potentiated interest, become part of your identity at a very deep level of your being, and they will last for a very long time, though, they, like everything else, will appear to evolve and change in this play of consciousness we are seemingly observing. RE: How lasting is a thought? - The_Tired_Philosopher - 09-12-2015 Are concepts of concepts actually real? Is the comic I'm reading really happening someway somehow? I sure hope not... Les there be some horrific realities beyond comprehensible nondesire. But as Anagogy said, there is a place where remains All. How it operates is beyond me, if its truly eternal bliss and suffering present within is beyond I. I just hope the OIC has the mercy to spare itself eternal torments as such... RE: How lasting is a thought? - Aion - 09-12-2015 Until there is not enough energy to sustain coherency. RE: How lasting is a thought? - The_Tired_Philosopher - 09-12-2015 And since there's infinite energy ?(Yay pun!) RE: How lasting is a thought? - Aion - 09-12-2015 Infinite energy available but not necessarily used. RE: How lasting is a thought? - The_Tired_Philosopher - 09-12-2015 Good thing there's Intelligent Infinity which derives that infinite intelligent energy. Plus energy is always growing, to be unavilable is to say we have an apple tree but no apples to make an apple pie (wow i just got hungry). You know. Assuming infinite apple energy grows on an infinite apple tree. In time, you shall have the apples you needed. Unless you destroy it ![]() Which I'm not sure if its possible to destroy infi-- Wait, yes I am. I do it in my mind all the time. That'd be like giving up on knowing itself and cease the exploration of Love and Light. I do like that we explore more and more deeply what Love truly is. |
