Ehhh I think you could possibly justify that with circumstantial evidence, from this last era or so of human history. Though, times be a changing. The difference is the actual amount or potentially possible speaking, with unactivated latent abilities taken into account, that there are a lot more entities. To have to watch and execute against. Kinda why we wanderers are stacking in here at this time as well. Apart of the overall 'strategy'. We aren't fighting a physical war, it is more of an emotional/mental war. In which means of the physical are implemented to effect the latter. However even that is changing rapidly.
The amount of emotional/mental stability is one of the best indicators of the overall. In that the net sum, effects how much will it takes for an individual to stay focused on higher energies. The days where there is turmoil, and you can't stay grounded an effective in service. Is widespread beyond the means/abilities of any entity to see. There are billions of humans.....can you imagine. Also you could organize the countries due to location.(continents) into racial minds. And so forth indefinitely until its unusable in a cognitive sense. Then think how countries seemingly live different due to what we call culture.
There is a lot more stability then four years ago. Not perfect, and has tremendous potential for instable moments, but still a lot better. I don't believe executions in the sense that you implied is near "common place" as even the world war 2 era. Or even in the 90s. The reinforcements have arrived from the light side. In my opinion I have seen at least 4th density beings bombarding the planet with Light/Love by a direct physical means. In the atmosphere.. I really believe we have made a lot of ground here. Its not what you see, its what were all thinking. Its a seed on the inside, and its starting to sprout and gain strength. I don't know what will happen, or how anything will go. However I do believe the scales are now beginning to change. Keep pouring love and light into every moment you can.
