Is the whole Pole Shift/Earth Changes concept present at all in the Ra books?

Yes. The new pole is expected to be 20 degrees east of north (from Louisville, I assume).

Don asked about earth changes but Ra wasn't very interested in discussing them. "Firstly, the planetary catastrophes, as you may call them, are a symptom of the difficult harvest rather than a consciously programmed catalyst for harvest. Thus we do not concern ourselves with it, for it is random in respect to conscious catalyst such as we may make available."

Thanks βαθμιαίος. I wonder if the harvest now seems easier than it did in the early 80's. There seems to be increased availability and public interest in positive spirituality since that time. Perhaps this makes the Harvest less difficult, lightening the symptom of earth changes?

It does seem like we've avoided the worst of the calamities, so far at least (knock on wood), and it may well be because of the increased interest in positive spirituality. I think the magical power of the Ra contact itself also helped to anchor light into the earth's energetic field, and I think that many wanderers have, in the last 30 years, become much less confused and much clearer about their callings and more able to fulfill them and thereby lighten the planetary consciousness distortions.
