Emotional dreams - ada - 06-09-2018

I was wondering about something and if others have gone through something similar or have any clue on what's going on.

Whenever I go through a traumatic experience, that same night when I go to sleep I will most certainly have a terror dream relating in some shape or form to that experience.

And the thing is that it's always like that, no exception. Lately I just came to accept that and be like "yeah, tonight I'm going to be turtured..weehoo."

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Do you experience the same?

I dont Blossom, and my feeling is that you have a bigger heart than I have !! lol

I am wondering now if I do not shove those under the carpet and I bet your way is much healthier !

Dreams, in itself, is riddled with symbolism. This type of dreaming is meant to process information and bring meaning to the conscious mind for reflection. It may imbue you with strength where you are lacking.

Your inner self is trying to tell you how some of the information is being interpreted in your mind.

Meditate and reflect on the information given - this will allow you to work out any distortions in your mind.

I have had a similar thought, thank you for that, it resonates with my heart.

I have did exactly what you suggested and am feeling a bit more stable now.
