How to fall in love with the Universe - AnthroHeart - 06-24-2018
How does one fall in love with the Universe? I remember when I did this with a character. I fell in love for two weeks until I ended it, thinking they were a negative being tricking me. The love was so great I cried for them, and it was the deepest, most profound love I had ever felt. So I have decided to try it with the Universe itself.
I pretend the Universe is like a character or something I really want to love or want to get to know.
I feel it and allow it into my heart chakra, 3[sup]rd[/sup] eye, and indeed, my whole field.
You have to keep focusing on the energy pattern. It takes a few days/weeks of focusing to really begin to feel the love, an hour or so a day once you are energy sensitive. That's what it took me for the character originally.
The Universe doesn’t have to be any specific thing in particular. You just put your intent out there to feel and allow it in. Tune into it as a whole.
Take it slow and don’t force it. If you were on the other side of the veil that separates our subconscious mind from our conscious, you would feel the unconditional love of the Universe all the time. It’s what the angels feel and countless other beings.
Approach it like you want to understand the Universe’s energy. So you accept. It’s all you can do if you want to get to know it.
You will only feel those parts of the Universe you attract with your vibration. In this case, we’re focusing on the love of the Universe, which is infinite. So we accept what we can handle. It can become almost overpowering, it is so intense at times.
The Universe supports me. It gives me life. It helps me to evolve. It gives me more than any character could. And it has infinitely more love. We just have to open up to it. And I can feel it, if only barely at first. It guides me as to how I will do this.

I feel the love of the Universe a little since I started yesterday, like 2/10.
It's really like I'm not focused on anything at all.
I just feel the feeling as I sit, and just experience it for hours.
Slowly it starts to increase. Then maybe it decreases and then increases again.
I will stop when the love gets as much as I can handle.
Then I will maintain it. But will have to see how it works out.

I sometimes wake up early to watch the sunrise, it makes me feel really appreciative.
Meditating during a sunset, gives off a lot of love.

I am surrounded by trees so it's been awhile since I've seen a real sunrise. I used to sungaze and drive to a field for that in the morning before work.
I'm working on feeling the divine love and light that is always there.
I'm so glad for your experience. It does inspire me. I have always loved sunrises and sunsets.

Is the love we feel during a sunrise the same love a mother feels for her baby?
It's innocent love. But it can make you gush.
Day 3 and it's still not very strong. I feel the love trying to push in, but my own resistance to it prevents it from coming in.
My love of the Universe is a consistent 3/10 right now.
