What if we can't focus for long? - AnthroHeart - 06-25-2018 The stuff I've been trying to achieve has involved hours of focusing. Over days or weeks or even months, an hour or more each day. Such as trying to feel the love of the Universe consistently. What can we do if our mind just wanders through the day, and we can't really focus for hours and hours like we need to? Does the magic just not work then? My reistance is so strong to things, that to change my programming requires a lot of mental focusing. There has been negativity that has come up, and yes I've kind of brushed that aside. I'm not afraid of clowns, but I keep seeing creepy ones with ugly teeth in my mind. Like an evil IT. Ever since I saw a horror movie. So looks like I've got some shadow work to do. I do feel the Universe's love a little bit, but I want to reach the max love I can handle. I was using energy shifting, by tuning into the Universe itself. At least the parts I am in vibration to. And there's conflict with my mom and money. So now I go and allow all things to be. The "viewed from the outside" is probably something about my attitude. Maybe I'm easy to read. But I look forward to anything you see in me that is holding me back. I don't think the counterforce wants my fear, which would be like opposite to what I desire. Sometimes I think of this counterforce as being opposite to what I want daily. But that isn't so. Maybe it wants me to be happy with wherever I am, no matter what I have. That way when I get what I want I am still happy. If I have missed the mark, yes, do give me a hint. Though it could be having an inner stillness. They're mostly creepy things. I like your advice Aqua. RE: What if we can't focus for long? - AmariPaul - 06-30-2018 You can focus on your 3rd eye with your eyes closed to increase attetion span RE: What if we can't focus for long? - ada - 06-30-2018 Or on the sounds happening around you, you'll be surprised at how many things are happening when you start paying attention. I like to imagine my awareness expanding as I listen to these far out sounds. RE: What if we can't focus for long? - Sacred Fool - 07-01-2018 1. It may feel like you're staying put, but to go through the cleansing really is to make progress, regardless of the mental discomfort. 2. The mental wandering can be a defense mechanism, protecting you from stuff you've been hiding from yourself. The best response may simply be gratitude, followed by patience. I know this is easier to say than to do, but this transit will end at some point and when it does you'll likely feel better about it then if you lubricate the process now with gratitude and appreciation for all the help you are calling in. I know it may sound like I'm asking you to pretend that things feel better than they do, but it's more like reaching deeper inside to find a place of faith in the overall process and a place of knowing your own worth. |
