Everything you imagine is true its just a matter of distance from you.
First there is the universe which we see, which is probably smaller than our core universe, then there is the multiverse foam outside of that one where each possibility exists, you just need to imagine who on the other side could build a "machine" to contact you on this side and you create a bridge.
In short, everything is happening at all times but at a great distance from you. Greater than if you spent the entire history of the universe travelling at speed of light to its edges.

this is nevessary in order to heal and its not negative!
you can only heal negativity when you are aware of it!
and everyone had considerable amounts of negativity, its usually just unnoticed.

well actually, the question had more to do with polarity throughout the densities, but I get what you mean and my question that I asked here is being answered in another thread anyway.

Love. Maybe that starts as acceptance, but through acceptance the light gets in and heals. Eventually it turns to Love because even more light got in.
Accept/love everything. You, other, the negativity, the fear and pain that caused it, start with accepting things you cannot love, then you can at least look at these things, look at the root. Understand it as more and more light enters the shadow.
Then you understand and love happens.
