Comfort Food: Whole Oats (Oatmeal) - Zach - 11-19-2018

Its a great comfort food. Its very *filling*, and still healthy. It makes me feel all warm and cozy inside.

For me its: whole oats in hot water, once cooked, then add a generous amount of raw honey and organic peanut butter. cinnamon is a nice addition too.

perfect comfort food.  Smile

Add a little vanilla extract as well. It's great.

I believe they also have Real Vanilla that's not an extract.
Extract has alcohol in it.
The real vanilla is more expensive (not much more) but is supposed to be better.

That makes sense, I'll definitely keep that in mind.
