Hypnosis for connecting to higher self - AnthroHeart - 12-29-2018
I found this hypnosis session where you experience oneness and the answers to whatever you ask.
It is called paraliminal. I just learned about them. Not sure what that name means, but it is an interesting session.
I asked about why I loved anthros so much.
And I got the answer that I will be one in a future life, as I was in a past life. So I teared up a bit at that.

Some parts were a little strange and unusual, and took some getting used to, but it all added to the power of it.
I truly felt more one than I had before.

Didn't work for me. Especially not once they started telling me to sort out bolts! I thought "He'll no I'm not doing that!" It was nice and relaxing though.but I wasn't gonna mentally sort out bolts in my mind. Plus, I don't think I was going into trance anyway. This wasn't for me I don't think. Thank you though for sharing!

Yeah, I was too relaxed to really sort the bolts.
When the mind gets disinterested in something, it tends to go further into hypnosis.
When I studied hypnosis, they used distraction as a method.
I really liked it. I lost track of time, and lost track of what was going on at times.
But I did make it to where they talked about being one.
That's cool though. At least it was free.

So maybe I should've stuck with it then if I didn't have to count the bolts? Alright, I'll try it again sometime. And next time, I'll have my questions figured out to ask when I get to the top of the mountain.

Yeah, the counting the bolts puts the logical mind to sleep, and opens up the subconscious.
I could definitely feel the trance.
Just do what you're comfortable with.

Went through the whole session. Not exactly what I'm used to. The lengthy space of music between deepeners tended to bring me back out each time.
No answer to my question, so I may not be meant to receive one; the veil of confusion serves its purpose well. My question is, "where am I from?" -- of course, Ra's answer would simply be "from Source". Perhaps I should restate the question.
