Have you meditated with higher self? - AnthroHeart - 05-25-2019

Sometimes I like to imagine that my higher self's body is overlapping my own, and feel their energy.
I feel it in my lower chakras, not so much in my upper. Perhaps that's because this is where I need it.
It does feel grounding, and expansive. Like a positive pressure.

I have asked my higher self to help balance my chakras. I think I even feel it in my root, which I almost
never do. This lets me know that the higher self is real. Because I can physically feel it.
Must be a time/space thing.

I invite my higher self/Holy Guardian Angel to be with me before every meditation. I don’t feel anything though. But through synchronicity I trust that they’re there despite my inability to perceive them. (Such as when I invoke guidance during a tarot reading, every single time after I ask the angel of the Tarot HRU to lay his hand upon mind, I get interesting results.)

I recently read something very interesting regarding the Higher Self’s relation to the psyche. The Nefesh reflects the Neshamah, the higher self. The Nefesh is our lower selves, our soul, which is connected to the physical body at the gross (low) level. How very interesting! Yesod is the sphere of the moon and it corresponds to the regenerative organs. The moon reflects the light of the sun.
Its a kind of protection. I’m trying to recall a certain tarot card which shows this concept of protection for the lower self.... I think it’s the Matrix of the Body (Strength). There is an angel with wings outstretched standing behind the seated, blindfolded female figure. That angel is the Neshamah, the higher self I believe.
