What symbols do you meditate on at times?

I plan on doing the OM symbol, which represents the Absolute, beyond God.
When I first look at it, I get a lot of heat.

That’s a powerful symbol.

I am planning to start a series of meditations on the Ten Sephiroth of the Tree of Life, starting with MALKUTH. There is a visualization I will engage and also a symbol I want to meditate on. The visualization is of a young women, crowned and throned (I personally see this throne to be made of black stone).
One of the symbols for MALKUTH is the equal-armed cross.

Meditating on symbols is a very good thing, IMO. It puts us in touch with the thoughts, ideas, concepts of the meditators before us. We open ourselves to a store of information. I think that one can learn about a symbol by meditating on it. This is one of the methods of the Qabalah.

Thanks. Is there a way to see God without losing your mind or being dangerous? I know in Qabalah you have to cross the Abyss, and that's where Crowley lost his mind I believe.

Oh well, I'm approaching it with a different heart, so maybe the Infinite will reflect my kindness (when I am kind).
