What are some of the highest realizations you have had?
I realize at times that I am not this body.
It is empowering to bow to the divine within another.

Yep, I signed up for this. Not sure why yet but I am figuring it out while I try to unroll my eyes.
And, that yes sometimes when i am extremely lucky I get to talk to my higher self and we roll eyes at each other for fun.

What do we mean by “highest”?
(No consensus needed)
For me, highest could mean things like
* Produces most joy for self and others
* Is the most loving toward self and others
* Results in feelings of oneness, breaks down barriers of separation
A realization of oneness
While playing at a music rehearsal, my focus shifted away from each individual playing their instrument to everyone in the ensemble being individualized expressions/conduits of a single larger energy/source expressing itself in a coordinated manner through each of us.
What produces highest realizations?
Probably is unique for everyone. Aids I like to use:
* Meditation (trombone playing is sometimes a way I meditate – good for breathing, too)
* Connecting with the beauty of nature
* Reading/studying uplifting literature/messages; for me, sources include
1. Some of the Conversations with God dialog books (Neale Walsch)
2. Rereading lists of excerpts I made from Law of One channeling transcripts, including the non-Ra messages. The sentences that most strongly speak to me.
3. Excerpts from Arn Allingham’s channeled messages. For example, his Ascension Papers and blog on abundance.
4. Books/videos on inspiring people. Examples: documentaries on Fred Rogers (haven’t seen the Tom Hanks version yet), Elizabeth Kubler-Ross autobiography (Wheel of Life), Autobiography of a Yogi, Homeless to Harvard by Liz Murray.
