Giving to Yourself - AnthroHeart - 10-28-2019

We understand it's important to give to yourself.
Because you can't help others if you're drained.

Is there only STS and STO?

If you give to yourself, does that mean you are not giving to others?

Like if I do a meditation to recuperate. Does that take away from being
able to serve others in that time?

I think it enhances the service!

There's no STO without STS.

Martyrdom doesn't serve anybody.

Besides: lack was never real, so, it's just impossible to deplete the resources for STO by taking care of your current body/mind complex. It works the opposite way actually: the more you provide true nourishment for yourself the more you are able to serve others.

I agree Rita and I would like to add if I could, that energy is always shifting. Meaning, that if you are depleted you are already seeking a way to fill what is empty, so you will. It is the natural way of the Universe, to fill what is empty and to empty what was once filled so that everything stays in constant motion. If you choose to fill yourself with any goodness such as meditation, the goodness will then empty itself unto various parts of Creation. To me that speaks further replenishment just as Rita says. And then, the process begins once more. You give and must refill. No harm done. And the STO/STS is just a way of balancing energies and nothing more. I think it was Rita that said, just forget about that part in another reply in another post within this forum. So yes, forget about all that because you are introducing worry, concern, doubt...replace that with a KNOWING that all is well and as it should be for you in your cycle of giving and taking, emptying and replenishment which is a natural process.

I like this:

This idea is supported scientifically with Osmosis. And from Ra:

Quote:I am Ra. It was the aim of Wanderers to serve the entities of this planet in whatever way was requested and it was also the aim of Wanderers that their vibratory patterns might lighten the planetary vibration as a whole, thus ameliorating the effects of planetary disharmony and palliating any results of this disharmony.

Specific intentions such as aiding in a situation not yet manifest are not the aim of Wanderers. Light and love go where they are sought and needed, and their direction is not planned aforetimes.

Thank you all for your wonderful replies.

So Diana, we can't plan or choose where to send our love and light as per Ra?

I mean I like to send where it's needed, though I am specific about what group.
Maybe I shouldn't be so choosy.
I do want anthros in their reality to be healed.

Sure, you can plan and have goals. Just don't be attached to the outcome. Ra also said to help those you come across (something about if you come across a starving entity, the proper response is to feed that entity).

I think Ra was referring to control—which is why I say don't be attached to the outcome. Send the love and healing, but send it freely, to be and do what it will.

I often give cash to the homeless. I don't judge whether or not they are worthy of it, and I don't tell them or even think about what they can do with my gift. If the homeless person needs a bottle of whiskey, so be it. Once the money leaves my hands it's that person's choice how to use it. I don't wait around for the second chapter of that story.

So agree with all you all said

To me it feels there’s a special light joy to send silently love to someone or some place without ever interfering with the recipient later about it.
