Don Quixote - Observer - 11-18-2019

Alright so its been quite some time since i've shared with you all and im sure a well overdue recap of my journey through existence is prompted in another thread.

Lately something has been brought to my attention which is the insane amounts of subliminal imagery pointing me to the novel "Don Quixote".

Watching the show "Maniac" it showed a copy of Don Quixote, seeing that art it struck a bell for me, as it is the logo for the L/L Research company.

Piecing these two things together ive also noticed that my mother had a painting of the artwork when I was younger as she is a large picasso fan.

Now we get to the main question of this thread which is this,

Should I read the 750+ page novel? I feel like the universe is pointing me to do so, but thats a really large commitment.

Anyone else read this book? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Just read the Wikipedia on it.
Sounds like a parable that is suitable to both the dream, and the awake in accordance with the Law of One storey of wanderers ect.

At the very least you likely will enjoy it.
Heck I dislike fiction but the plot lines made me want to read it.

Ps nice to see you here again

You can try reading it, and keep going if you find it worthwhile. Sometimes it can be hard to predict in advance how much of an undertaking it will be to read something, or work on something. From within, in some way, motivation and "flow" can sometimes come, or go, particularly when it's important at another level. (I haven't read Don Quixote.)

See if there's Cliffs Notes on it.

Actually, found it: https://www.cliffsnotes.com/literature/d/don-quixote/book-summary

I think I want to avoid cliff notes on it seeing as it wouldn't really provide the experience of the book. I think I will read the book. Lately energy has been really prompting me to make a drastic change in the way I run my life perhaps this book could offer some insight.

If you are getting prompts to read it, read it. Why does it matter if it's a long book? You can learn from anyone or anything. Smile

Aside from that, reading is a GOOD thing. It's good for your mind, your thinking, your imagination, your vocabulary. It's much less passive than watching videos or TV. It's different, for sure, because most people today are used to just being entertained with no effort to do anything but watch. If you read a novel, your imagination is engaged and free thinking because there are no visuals supplied. You are a real participant in the story, creating alongside the author.

I can agree with that, just wanted to see if anyone else has read the novel.
