Working With Higher Self - AnthroHeart - 12-14-2019 I have more recently been working with my higher self. I don't do ritual or call on the magical personality technique to do so. I just sit in its energy and work with it as needed. It was able to help me with a couple of things. One of them was protection from a negative 4D being posing as a positive 6D and attacking me when I exposed it. I got this Talisman charged with energy of Lama Tsongkhapa, aka the second Buddha. I asked my higher self to program it, and it is pretty dense energetically now. I like to meditate with it as it holds whatever I need to develop. I intended that the higher self give me whatever I need, and to challenge my field. So you can ask your higher self to charge a crystal or talisman for you too.
