I had a red reptilian visit me in a twilight state last night. Woke me up from a deep sleep. I stayed calm and tried to cultivate light and love and it went away. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Looking for some guidance/advice...

Have you read book 3/4 of the Ra Material? I forgot at which point it occurs, but a STS-oriented entity begins to accompany everybody involved in the channeling. Don asks Ra what the best course of action is on more than one occasion. It becomes a sort of motif
