Belief in a Higher Power - Bosphorus1982 - 01-20-2021
Hi guys. Below is a small article i'd written on Godlikeproductions. I'd like to share it here too
Believing in an Almighty Power is always beneficial. Be it spiritually, psychologically and physiologically. It provides comfort and a sense of security to the believer. As belief in a Higher Force keeps us together and provides strength. Whether God, Force or any other kind of Creator is positive in many aspects. If you're agnostic, atheist or can't be sure about which belief to follow and that you feel psychologically empty, just pray to the Universe; as It will guide and provide you answers. You may say like: "Universe, please guide me in the right direction in terms of faith and help me find the Truth". Just do it sincerely. Universe has tremendous power in many ways. And you'll be surprised to get what you yearn for.

What if the truth is that the creator is within and praying to God, the universe or something external, is what is keeping us ignorant of this truth?

Hmm, I guess we don't all have a strong bias towards efficiency in these things. I like to think that I do, but then sometimes I just sit here scratching my head wondering what in the world I was thinking all those years. Sometimes the thing you seek the most is the last you approach directly, just as in your example above.

I think believing in an almighty power that is not you (separate from you) can be detrimental.
Remember Ra said "Are you not all things?"

I frequently use the word 'universe' where traditionally people used the word 'God' as a socially neutral construct, when describing situations, good fortunes or synchronicities. I actually prefer it anyways, I still feel uncomfortable using the word God or Creator or Lord, especially since metaphysical concepts are very nuanced, and those words carry alot of baggage.
