Building of the company - AnthroHeart - 03-13-2021 I don't recall where, but didn't Ra say that the support, exaltation or building of a company was bad? I think he said you shouldn't put your energy into trying to make a company big or help it too much. I can't find anything about it now, but I remember reading that. RE: Building of the company - sillypumpkins - 03-13-2021 Ra never stated that anything was inherently good or bad.... and not only that, but Ra never stated what others should or shouldn't do hope you're well sun!!!!! RE: Building of the company - Patrick - 03-13-2021 That does not ring a bell at all for me. And mind you it is a subject I pounder quite a lot. RE: Building of the company - Aion - 03-13-2021 I don't recall anything like that either. The words "company" and "business" don't bring up anything in the search related to that. https://www.lawofone.info/results.php?q=company&st=phrase&qo=&lh=aq&qc=1&s=&c=&fp=0&v=rc&l=100&o=s https://www.lawofone.info/results.php?q=business Maybe you're thinking of this quote and conflating? Quote:17.2 Questioner: Is it possible to help an entity to reach fourth-density level in these last days? RE: Building of the company - AnthroHeart - 03-13-2021 I distinctly remember seeing it, so it probably was an older timeline. The search doesn't bring it up now. My previous timelines I could even feel mental illness in the sun. This one is so much better in some ways, but worse in others. But overall getting better. RE: Building of the company - Steppingfeet - 03-13-2021 Pssst. There was a thread made a while back and in service for the purpose of tapping the community for help locating Ra quotes: https://www.bring4th.org/forums/showthread.php?tid=4329 RE: Building of the company - AnthroHeart - 03-13-2021 (03-13-2021, 07:06 PM)Steppingfeet Wrote: Pssst. RE: Building of the company - AnthroHeart - 03-13-2021 I found it. What do you think Ra meant by "flowering of the organization"? 62.23 Questioner: Isn’t this unusual that a fifth-density then would bother to do this rather than sending a fourth-density servant, shall I say? Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. Nearly all positive channels and groups may be lessened in their positivity or rendered quite useless by what we may call the temptations offered by the fourth-density negative thought-forms. They may suggest many distortions towards specific information, towards the aggrandizement of the self, towards the flowering of the organization in some political, social, or fiscal way. Gonna quote the other thread here since a reply from me wouldn't fit right there. With most channeled sources of information you see a community of seekers gather around the source. In the case of L/L Research this community was already present before Ra was channeled due to their other work. Seth also had a group of people which formed around that source. We can see the same with current other sources such as the Cassiopeia group, Kryon, Bashar, etc. My interpretation is rather straightforward. Ra basically says that a temptation offered by 4th density STS sources which come thru in the guise of another source will encourage the initial group on expanding, profiting, and building a power structure around the material. This not only serves to de-tune the channel from bringing in positive information but it also encourages STS polarization thru the forming of an elite group and separation from other selves. In response to Louisabell's thoughts. Quote:I would think that when engaging in an economic enterprise in order to make a living, that honest and responsible marketing would be appropriate, such as we have here in the Community Corkboard sub-forum. But maybe the focus should be on the quality of whatever service offered instead of purely maximizing profit. These are just my personal thoughts though. I think Ra would be able to go on for ages about the wise array of possibilities for catalyst and polarization available in our marketing systems. My personal approach in business is to educate. When I meet with a potential customer my goal is not to sell them on anything. It is to provide my honest beliefs about what they need and what I can provide while educating them about the situation they are in and their options. The "sell" comes from being worthy of their trust and providing value beyond the supposed product. As to the second part regarding quality vs profit. This is somewhat of a misunderstanding at how a business does things for many companies. I can offer a wide range of quality products to my clients, but the key is to match the quality to their needs and price range. Cheap products exist not just for profit, but because they fill a desire in a portion of those buying a product or service. There is nothing wrong with providing a cheap service as long as everyone knows what they are getting. Many small businesses operate with honesty and integrity and the business exists for profit, but it also exists as a vehicle for providing for the employees, clients, and owners. If the owners and managers are smart the emphasis will be on that order as well. Most small business owners understand that profit, is necessary but part of making that profit is to focus on the well being and satisfaction of the employees and clients. Profit will then come naturally if the other parts are working correctly. One of the issues with business today is that large corporations have taken over most visible economic sectors. These corporations are often focused on short term profits to the detriment of their employees and customers. While this does happen with small businesses as well, they don't tend to stay in business long or have long term success. The large corporations are able to leverage their market positions and economies of scale to essentially ignore a certain level of bad reputation and they are more easily able to hire more employees to have a higher thru-put of workers due to their higher visibility as well. When it comes to small businesses the people running them are just like the people on this forum and the people you interact with on a daily basis. They come in all shapes and sizes and beliefs and talents. The majority are good people trying to fulfill a dream, or carry on a tradition, or provide for their family and friends. There are also the liars, cheaters, and scammers as well. The reasons for starting and running a business are also varied and maximizing a profit can only be considered when you know you are going to make one. Most businesses waste a lot of money, and once the profit is enough for whoever is running it, they often just go cruise control until something changes. Yes I saw that pattern is consistent throughout the ages. I call it the "US vs THEM" pattern. The notion of "Us" and it's opposite "Them" are by itself an expression of separation. Another sub-pattern that I also observe is the 'glorification' of the "Us" which resulted in 'demonization' of the "Them". We are the 'good guys' and they are the 'bad guys'. This shall act as a good base framework for the justification of the 'attack', 'invasion', 'punishment' or any other 'proper actions' towards the 'bad guys' as they're then seen as a 'threat'. In business, this often manifested as 'negative campaign' where the 'bad products' are being labeled as "other products / brands". Although to be frank, this is the most effective form of campaigning if the objective is 'sales decision', as it clearly framed the differentiation between A (Our Good product/services) and others (The Bad/Evil products and services). Another type of campaign will be an 'honest review' where it clearly communicated the pros and cons of all products / services. But this form of campaign is not an effective form of campaigning if the objective is 'sales decisions' towards specific product and service. In between there's a type of campaign where it only shows the pros of only 1 product/service, to clearly communicate the positive characteristic of the product / service without trying to compare it with others. I would like to add: "focused on short term profits to the detriment of their employees and customers, business partners and business competitors" This of course not only happened in large corporations but in small businesses as well. Having said that, I've also seen few large corporations and small businesses makes an effort to 'save' their competitor (without acquisition) from bankruptcy because they see their competitor as 'a partner to compete' for better products and services. While STS lenient entities will not understand this kind of thought processes, they will try to dominate and conquer to the absolute point. In business they will try to acquire / absorb the competitor thus it will become part of their own 'self' (have absolute control) thus eliminating any form of competition. Thus it also explain why STS based organization (whether they're large or small) will usually crumble due to internal conflict within themselves. As each STS entities within STS organization will try to eliminate competition even within the organization itself and become the #1 within the organization. The only thing that glue everyone within an STS organization is fear, thus their favorite tool of choice is threat. |
