Morning Offering - wdougherty - 06-24-2021
Good Morning Hope all is well with everyone. Ive been trying to really nail down my daily practice and I see Jim always talking about the morning offering. I am only now starting to really study the Ra Material. But I am hoping that I could get some examples of what a morning offering consist of. I appreciate any responses ahead of time. Jim's Gaia meditation serves as a good morning offering for me, I try to tune into meditation around 8:30 every morning repeating these words in my head:
"Always seeking, seeing and serving the Creator in all."
"Always seeking, seeing and serving the Creator in all."
"Always seeking, seeing and serving the Creator in all."

"Opening my mind, my body, my spirit, my heart, my soul and my entire being to the infinite love, light and healing energy of the one Creator."

"Feeling the infinite love, light and healing energy of the one Creator moving through me, moving to Mother Earth, to heal Mother Earth as she brings forth a new Earth in fourth density."

"May every soul in pain on Earth tonight feel infinite love, light and healing energy."

Great question! Nothing has transformed my life like doing a daily offering like Jim does. Those times when I've stayed at the L/L house I have sometimes joined him at 4am or whenever for his offering, and it is quite intense. He starts out with like a 45 min meditation, and then does reading and prayer. I modeled mine off of his but adapted to the needs of a guy who needs to show up to work on time.
* First thing I do is brew coffee
* Read a transcript from the transcript archive as part of my project to read the entire archive. Jim reads after his meditation, but I read before to set the stage for my meditation and that works well for me. I also keep a Pema Chodron book I adore and read a chapter from that if I'm pressed on time or just feel like changing it up
* Meditation for 10-30 min, with any visualization rituals involved based on whether I'm getting ready for a sacred event or not. I usually start with the lord's prayer which I interpret mystically a la some Confederation sessions that spell it out
* prayer of st francis
* kabbalistic cross
* an intention setting with my hands on my heart, which I then release with my hands
* a visualization of sending love and light to the planet and any people I know need it
* I sing the "I am the circle" song, but only one time through. I hold my hands up to the sun to take in the light I was just sending to the planet
I came up with this over the course of about 4 years, and I've bounced around between all kinds of stuff, but for the last 2 or 3 years this has been pretty steady. I think it's very important to discover your own morning offering ritual in the moment. Feel free to reach out to me privately if you'd like to discuss more!

lovely OP...I wake up and brush teeth and shower, then I go to in my small garden
I do a series of kriya yoga poses then I sit straight in a nice lounge chair, I close my eyes and feel my body melting transparently with nature around, it's pretty blissful. After about 20 minutes of silence, eyes still closed, I brush my hands together at the level of heart then I open them and with palms facing outward, I send love to my animal family, my tree-rock-plant family, my human family, my cosmos families, my spiritual guides, Gaia ( seeing Earth extending arms and hugging me as I hug her, it's pretty blissful, lol ) then I send love to Creator. It's in fact pretty funny because, when you think of it, all the elements before to whom I sent love are Creator.
then I open my eyes, get up and walk away. It feels like walking on clouds on the first steps I take, lol.
