My basic message is this: if you feel up for it, please send whichever type of energy feels intuitively ideal to this region, to help stabilize, protect, and heal during this time, while also bringing peace to the departed.
Examples of concrete actions that can be taken: peaceful / healing meditations and visualizations focused on this region, genuine prayer, ritual work, archetypal work. Even if one doesn't have magickal training, sending energies of love, healing, and peace is enough.

Obviously, this is a complex issue. If people want, we can break it down into various components of in-depth discussion later, such as:
1. The implications of polarity of all involved, and the opportunities to make spiritual progress amidst all this turmoil.
2. The actual mechanisms of how sending thought forms, tulpas, egregores, energy, and so on can produce subtle ripple effects that can influence "real world" events in ways ranging from the subtle to the obvious. (In my view, it's typically the unspoken and subtle energies that have far more efficacy in the long run. Not all is as it seems on the surface).

If people want to open more technical and philosophical discussions on these or related subjects, then this thread may go in that direction.
Again, my primary motive here is to just call upon anyone available to send energy to this region, because it will help in the long run, in a concrete way. If you're not up for it now, that's OK and understandable. But if you can, please assist in any way that feels natural and intuitive to you.

A final note: If you choose to engage in this work, I highly recommend keeping up a regular spiritual protection practice. Banishing, shielding with light, work with salt and garlic; any techniques such as these are essential for one who wants to enact positive change in the world, because of the automatic balancing mechanisms that necessitate STS and STO energies be given equal opportunity in 3rd density. Most of this is covered in the Law of One texts.
In plain English: If you're going to do positive work, be prepared for negative responses (which can be effectively defended against, as long as you put in the work). This is all part of a greater balancing.

Thanks for posting this, I think that for those who wish to make practical use of spirituality this is a good avenue to go down. May every ounce of infinite light which flows through me seek out and find its darkness to illuminate in Afghanistan and beyond, to bring the night once again to the dawn.

It is not only Afghanistan, it is the region as whole. Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria and others. They all have a dark cloud hanging over them, and surprisingly, it is not a lack of Spirituality, because the majority of Islamic countries, that is part of their tradition and culture. I listen to a lot of Middle Eastern and Far Eastern music, and the majority of it, (even secular music), has Spiritual undertones. The problem is tribal warfare and outside interference, (without naming countries). Indirectly, we, (the West), are partly responsible for what is happening in the region, and it is time to send positive energy and goodwill to make change happen. On YouTube I have subscribed to several Arabic Channels, simply to show that all Westerners are not warmongers and for support.
