Itzhak Bentov: Stalking The Wild Pendulum - Scionagon - 12-12-2021

Itzhak Bentov was an Israeli-American scientist, biomedical engineer, and author. Despite his background, Bentov became infatuated with consciousness, specifically its relation to physiology. Channeling information from his meditations (and presumably from astral-projection/out-of-body-experiences), Bentov had compiled a wonderful little book densely packed with the nature of reality, consciousness, and our universal purpose; Stalking The Wild Pendulum.
This book was published roughly 4 years before the initial Ra channelings; 1977. At the age of 55, 1979, Bentov was killed in a plane crash aboard American Airlines Flight 191. It's possible that his death was the result of a negative-polarity group intending to kill him for the knowledge he had spread, but that's just my theory.

I have provided a link to the pdf of the book below:
https://avalonlibrary.net/ebooks/Itzhak%20Bentov%20-%20Stalking%20The%20Wild%20Pendulum%20-%20On%20the%20Mechanics%20of%20Consciousness.pdf

The first 20 minutes of this video show Bentov and his knowledge of consciousness. The rest of the video deals with the more scientific aspects of his findings:

In 1983, perhaps even earlier, the CIA used Bentov's model as a "proof-of-concept" for psychic espionage, or "remote viewing".

Chapter 6 of Stalking The Wild Pendulum perfectly demonstrates how mineral and plant consciousnesses become "enspirited" and strive for higher densities. Specifically, look to pages 98-100. Chapter 6 also briefly describes the conditions of fourth and fifth density (in his terms, the Emotional (4th) and Mental (5th) realities), but these aren't nearly as descriptive as they're described in the Law of One.

Below is a personal revelation of mine, showing the similarities between Bentov's model of the universe and our own galactic super-cluster:

The Laniakea and Perseus-Pisces super-cluster, our current home.

A rough comparison of the two.

Although, I'm not sure where the central white-hole and black-hole singularity would be in relation to us, the central black-hole may be the so-called "Great Attractor". I think it's possible that Bentov's model does truly encompass the entirety of our universe, but this self-similar structure is present around all super-clusters across said universe.

New readers, old readers, I'd love to hear your thoughts below.

Welcome here, Scionagon.

Its funny I know that many years ago I had a conversation with someone exactly mentioning Bentov. I can't remember who that person was but now I remember clearly listening to it, so funny... I don't have time now but I shall watch later the video, thank you so much Wink

I stopped watching his videos when he began his path with the Syncretism Society. However, his earlier videos from 10 years ago are a gold mine. He talks a lot about the torus field and how it relates to the seasons. I think it has a relation with what you posted.

Honestly I've just recently been interested in these types of topics, starting from 2020, so I haven't heard of him. I don't know much of anything about the zodiac besides a "general overview", so I'll probably watch his older videos; thank you for the recommendation.

Thank you. So far my path has been:
Itzhak Bentov (The thread subject) => Robert Monroe (His trilogy of books) => Robert Bruce (Astral Dynamics) => The Law of One (This website)
And so on. I thought it would be appropriate to share Bentov's works, that being my initial catalyst (or rather, the first result of a catalyst?), and seeing what other people thought of him.

Interesting video on spiritual evolution. Enjoyed the diagrams (esp the one on spiritual levels). And, he's just so happy and light about this information.

I wonder how life would be different if something like this had been/were taught to children from the get-go.

Lovely video, thank for posting it.

It's quite a journey.  First the mind comes into resonance, then the body, then the spirit, then further levels of creation.  It almost makes it seem like its a privilege to be here on this planet at this time and have access into all of this.

Greetings & vibratory distortions of salutation, scionagon,

There was a short thread about Bentov here at B4th many moons ago to which I added my 2-cents'-worth

3rd-Density Binary-Gendered Humanoid Law: Nothing's real until a beautiful young female thinks it is.

I learned of Bentov's work through the cia document although I haven't got around to reading his books yet. Something just feels kinda right when looking at the diagram.
Are you familiar with Nassim Haramein's "Holofractal" theory? A lot of his work uses the torus model also

I've only gotten into the science side of things in the past year so I'm still a bit of a layman but I'm keen to hear any other ideas you have on this

I've started reading a bit about him after seeing your post, and his outline of the universe is indeed similar to Bentov's. He seems to be a very polarizing topic with the scientific community; either they don't want to accept a new overview of the already-defined system, or maybe he's just off on his math, I don't really know.
It all reminds me of this diagram made by Roger Penrose:

Here's a link to the book which has this by the way:

The Platonic Realm is the flat expanse encoded with our reality like a blueprint, which is then projected by [God? Higher densities?] into the three dimensional self-similar Physical Realm we find ourselves in. We, part of the Mental World, observe this Platonic Realm of Mathematics, rather than create it. As in the concepts of mathematics, physics, and geometry weren't made up as we've progressed throughout history, they were discovered.
At least, that's how I interpret it in relation to Bentov's book.

I haven't heard this name in a long time. I read Stalking the Wild Pendulum in 2000 (thanks to Amazon for the order history). Incidentally, I had discovered the Law of One in the same year, about six months prior. I remember loving and resonating with the book. I didn't know anything about the author, nor have I seen him speak. Would love to catch up on this video, I will add it to the queue. Thanks for posting this, Scionagon.

Yeah he gets written off as a pseudoscientist a lot and I'm not sure how genuine he really is but I think there's definitely a little bit of truth to his theory.

Thanks for the link!  That's very interesting as it kind of aligns with my belief that maths is one of the very few things that holds true after death. I've also noticed most numbers that I'm seeing on a daily basis especially when feeling "synchronised" are different shaped figurate numbers, which is a strange phenomenon that I'm in the process of trying to understand.

thanks for sharing this. his books are great, I really love his books. His books helped me removed some of my energy blockage.  besides his books, if you also read Nassim Haramin and Marina Jacobi's teaching, you will have a very good understanding of this black hole, white hold thing.

another book helped understand Bentov's teaching is "The Ascension Papers, book 2", chapter time and space, and other chapters, like dimension and density, it will help understand this black hole, white hole thing.
