Songs to Awaken You - Parsons - 12-23-2011

I have wanted to start this thread since I first found this forum, but I decided to wait a bit to catch up on some more LOO / Q'uo wisdom. Now that I have finally adjusted, I wish to share a huge source of "Olio" for me: music. Specifically: songs talking about the veil(and government involvement in amplifying the veil), the harvest, and wanderers (we are supposed to be fools and geniuses rolled into one body, aren't we?).

I will split each song into is own post as I plan on posting several songs with my interpretation of the lyrics that I think related to the LOO. I invite any comments or questions even if you disagree with my view. I also invite you to post a your song in much the same format so maybe one of you can expose a song I haven't recognized / heard yet. I am posting this as well as trying to categorize them so people might remember the song in a dark moment that they feel that they can relate to it... And remember the light and thus warm their heart and make it easier to get through whatever situation ails them.

=OD Love and light. AngelTongue

I settled on the first song being Simon & Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence"

-This song (IMO) is resoundingly about the veil and the "planetary game" that Q'uo often references in the LOO.

Quote:Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence
The speaker talks about a "dream"/vision they had that left pearls/seeds of some kind of message.

Quote:In restless dreams I walked alone
Narrow streets of cobblestone
'Neath the halo of a street lamp
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light
That split the night
And touched the sound of silence
The speaker starts recounting what he remembers of his dream. It is grim but he did not despair (he turned his collar of all the cold water accumulating there, shaking off the negative energy). He was suddenly distracted by an obnoxious neon sign flickering in his vision.

Quote:And in the naked light I saw
Ten thousand people, maybe more
People talking without speaking
People hearing without listening
People writing songs that voices never share
And no one dared
Disturb the sound of silence
His upturned vision and the illuminating flicker gives him a brief glimpse that he is not the one waking up. There are many that can talk without opening their mouths and can hear you without a word ever crossing your lips. But they are afraid to speak out. They write songs that they never sing aloud, afraid that some guy in a suit or a uniform would show up at their house and take them away. No-body dares directly try interfere with the "planetary game" that is in effect (nobody dares disturb the sound of silence, or the censoring/silencing entities out there)

Quote:"Fools", said I, "You do not know
Silence like a cancer grows
Hear my words that I might teach you
Take my arms that I might reach you"
But my words, like silent raindrops fell
And echoed
In the wells of silence
The speaker tries to reason with this group that he perceives as partially/potentially enlightened to the crushing planetary veil. They respond with "Fool, You do not know". They do this is a public forum usually (because they are programmed to want to shame people publicly), so "silence like a cancer grows" to some of the onlookers that fall for the lie and will eventually perpetuate it in a cancerous fashion. The speaker emphatically asks the listener to hear his words and take his hands in his own that he might "reach them" (foolishly trying to force the information on the listener, which results in his words falling like silent raindrops into wells of silence, which resonate and further spread disinformation/humiliation on his part, thus spreading the negative instead of the intended positive. IMO).

Quote:And the people bowed and prayed
To the neon god they made
And the sign flashed out its warning
In the words that it was forming
And the sign said, "The words of the prophets are written on the subway walls
And tenement halls"
And whispered in the sounds of silence
As a result, they go back and listen to the path of least resistance / the one screaming the loudest "the neon god they made". The speaker adds that the words of the same profit flash a warning, yet still fell into silence. The speaker points out that you may find intense wisdom in the least likely places (subway walls and tenement halls), as many of these people are labeled "kooks" by society so "certain" governments can stop the spread of the truth behind the lies.

Warning: video is creepy(IMO) but interesting... Not sure how the video relates to the lyrics

Queens of the Stone Age - The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret

-I think this song is about the veil and an encounter with a STS entity, as well as awakening from the veil. This song is a bit abstract so its hard to nail down EXACTLY what they were talking about, so remember this is just my interpretation. For me personally, this song as well as 3 other songs from the same album were the straw that broke the camels back in terms of my awakening. (that along with Arrested Development and the Venture Brothers =OD )

Quote:I've got a secret, I cannot say
Blame modern movement to give it away
You've got somethin, I understand
Hold it tightly, caught on command
Leap of faith, do you doubt?
Cut you in, I just cut you out

[chorus:]
Whatever you do
Don't tell anyone
Whatever you do
Don't tell anyone

Look for reflections, in your face
Canine devotion, time can't erase
Out on the corner, locked in your room
I never believe them and I never assume
Still can't believe there is a lie
Promise is promise, an eye for an eye
We've got something to reveal
No one can know how we feel
This is about a STS entity / group (or perhaps even an organized religion) trying to recruit the speaker. They tell the speaker "You've got something that I understand because I have it too." Then tells the speaker that he can have whatever reward the STS entity is hawking. The STS later demands a "leap of faith" and demands to know if the speaker "doubts". The speaker must have resisted, because the STS entity then does the "I can cut you out just as easily as I cut you in!" dance.

The song breaks into the chorus which is used throughout, which is the feeling the speaker immediately gets and was told by pretty much everyone involved: "whatever you do, dont tell anyone, because they will just think youre crazy."

The speaker is on the verge of awakening, so he spends a lot of time trying to reflect upon himself to see where he went wrong and things go so bad. Also, now that he knows about STS entities and their games, he gains further motivation to reflect to try to find any other STS manipulations that he didn't detect in his past. He starts investigating some of what the "kooks" are saying because it sounds eerily familiar to the STS he just encountered. "I never believed them, I never assumed", is referring to the kooks that he never gave the least bit of credit to in the past (precisely my position just months ago). Suddenly he notices the lies and manipulation around him. He also notices that all these people around him are awake and aware of the planetary games, but hesitate to go screaming from the rooftops about it ("We've got something to reveal; No one can know how we feel")

Quote:I think you already know
How far I'd go not to say
You know the art isn't gone
And I'm taking my song to the grave

He re-emphasizes how hard it is to restrain himself from telling everyone the secret... He then makes what I think is at least a double entendre(if not tripple): "And I'm taking my song to the grave" which is ironic since hes currently singing it loudly for all the word to hear, technically. The triple entendre comes with what I think the statement is really about: a tip of the cap to all the others who try to do what he does; which could be labeled semi-descriptively "The lost art of keeping a secret". Which, in a nutshell, is making a song about a secret then singing it to the sheeple, who never receive or interpret the message right before their eyes/ears because they never learn to think for themselves.

Switchfoot - Meant to Live

-This song is, once again, about the veil. It's meaning is pretty straightforward and obvious in the context of this forums. No need for description of lyrics. =O)

Quote:Fumbling his confidence
And wondering why the world has passed him by
Hoping that he's bent for more than arguments
And failed attempts to fly, fly

[Chorus]
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
Somewhere we live inside
Somewhere we live inside
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves?
Somewhere we live inside

Dreaming about Providence
And whether mice or men have second tries
Maybe we've been livin with our eyes half open
Maybe we're bent and broken, broken

[Chorus]

Idea: Im going to just post the lyrics / the song(video) and highlight parts which ~in my opinion~ relate to the LOO. I am highlighting the negatives because they are almost always warnings about that sort of behavior.

Legend Wrote:Positive/STO Negative/STS/LamentingSorrow/Warnings Neutral/Balanced/GrayArea Unknown/Unrealated/non-LoO (notes:)

The Wallflowers - From the Bottom of My Heart Wrote:Fire on the porch on a summer's night
All of my things are there inside

Black smoke rise up, burn on burn higher
I smell leaves and burning tires

Dogs in the meadows barking wild
Blackbird rise up, tell me what have you done

I'm not drunk and I'm not sad
There's nothing inside that I want back

Let me touch your lips, let me see where you're at
Do you wonder how I am tonight
Then don't lose time looking in my eyes
Not every tear means you're gonna cry

From the bottom of my heart
Comes a cold dark feeling
There is nothing but dust

In the layers I'm peeling

From the bottom of my heart
Beats a rattling drum

Marching back up the steps
Into the rays of the sun

Under crushing skies of grays
Paralyzed with phantom pains

Before this room became just a place
Where I just sleep through endless days
Spinning webs and carving names

Where thoughts break up, exploding in space

But I once crossed a quarter mile
Through black pools of razor wire

And cut through the steel
with the edge of a file
While singing rhaphsodies in stride

Hellbent and dignified
Now my time has come
Who you fooling and why?

From the bottom of my heart
Comes a cold dark feeling
There is eminent death
to the promise I'm keeping
(I'm guessing this is reference to some sort of secret of a portion of the veil)

From the bottom of my heart
Comes an army of one

Marching back up the steps
Into the rays of the sun

Pale-faces and hollowed eyes
Buried under ruptured skies
Not every smile
means I'm laughing inside
Two-face and compromised
I've enraptured you with lies
Everything means nothings
and tonight everything is mine
(this verse warns heavily of the STS path)

From the bottom of my heart
Comes a cold dark feeling
I have buried so much

In the layers I'm peeling

From the bottom of my heart
A battle will come

Marching back up the steps
Into the rays of the sun

From the bottom of my heart
Comes a cold dark feeling
Wrapped around tight
With no sign of leaving

From the bottom of my heart
A ballad is sung

Through a whisper she comes
Into the rays of the sun

RE: Dunc's "songs for wanderer's" thread - Liet - 12-31-2011

Quote:You make your way but don't belong.
I swear you’re not the only one.
Is that what you've been dreaming?
There are other ways of staying strong, than keeping out the other ones.
I feel the light years between what you say and what you mean.
You wont get through with that phony confidence.
I hear you speak, but nothing is said.
You'll be stranded on the other side, endless nights upon endless nights.
Endless nights upon endless nights, you'll be alone, alone to the grave.
There's a place in all of us, the same in everyone, making right the balances in all of us.
Aching and burning and growing and learning, and building the world around us.
Until our lives are done, we'll share the same emotions, shed tears of eulogy, then turn to plant our seeds.
Still you can’t hear me call out your name and try to get through.
I never hear back.
My words became a thousand arrows, slicing though the endless barricades, so that everyone on earth could hear my call, and I watched for you.
Now I know you’re putting me on.
You've chosen to swear off the general population.
All those around you draw to a quiet.
Your eyes dart across the room, but it’s just an illusion.
The room doesn’t exist, there's only you and I, and its almost like we cant fail at all, or maybe we've failed already.
What you choose to see is real: A cold dark world of enemies,
obstacles you could never overcome, or a bright future ahead.
So tell the whole world and we'll start brand new.
Strip the shackles off, let me look at you.
If you can't reach out like you’ve been longing to, I’ll have to rethink all that I thought I knew.

Quote:Who are you, what have you become?
A charming illusion, a source of confusion.
Another day & you'll win the race, another day & you'll find your place: a charming illusion, a source of confusion.
Another rise to power, no matter who or when, and we will know of our freedom never again.
A common thread of distance in the hearts of men & we’ll have love for our brothers never again.
We are all the victims of a will to overcome.
How far we've gone out of touch.
There's no right side of war.
You can't justify it.
To erase away all that we've become, they can't see we're all one.
A voice cries from underneath: Dark shepherds strongly though you wield the staff, you're weakened by comfort. There's no way you're prepared for what happens last: Action, reaction, like an eye for an eye from our tribal days, the lesser ones demand reaction.
Dare to challenge the one universal law, set you up to fall?
Do you understand now why your days are numbered?
Do you understand?
The course of events were a riddle, a pause in time, a search for the solution as we stood in line, honored our oppressors and paid our fines.
Then all became clear as the ferocity inside began, to hear the drums of war resound across the land, announcing the fate to shed blood upon the earth, it is ours.
Doomed to repeat our history, there is more than one path to how things could be.
No time to wonder how when or why, we simply come together or die.
To a system of capitalist politicians, false face of a greater power:
Your empire will fall, bringing about the end of an era.
Warmongers, your bloodlust to conquer turn the moments
of our lives into a ticking time bomb of your own creation, counting down the days, rot in your graves.
There's no right side of war.
To erase away all we've become, to erase away all that we love.

RE: Dunc's "songs for wanderer's" thread - Parsons - 01-02-2012

Thanks for sharing, folks. Liet, that type type of music usually isnt my cup of tea, but reading/listening to the words, they seem relate to relate to higher knowledge of the LOO / and the veil. Actually sounds like something out of the David Wilcock article that is under a lot of discussion lately Tongue.

Quote:No time to wonder how when or why, we simply come together or die.
There's no right side of war.

Good stuff.

@Meerie: Thank you so much for sharing this! It even goes towards my theory that much of our music is seeded with this information trying to wake us up.

Glad you like it ! the mythic call still gives me goosebumps every time I watch it Smile
another wanderer song imo is this:

Well, I came upon a child of God
He was walking along the road
And I asked him, Tell where are you going?
This he told me

Said, I'm going down to Yasgur's Farm,
Gonna join in a rock and roll band.
Got to get back to the land and set my soul free.

We are stardust, we are golden,
We are billion year old carbon,
And we got to get ourselves back to the garden.

Well, then can I walk beside you?
I have come to lose the smog,
And I feel myself a cog in somethin' turning.
But then maybe it's the time of man.
And I don't know who I am,
But life is for learning.

We are stardust, we are golden,
We are billion year old carbon,
And we got to get ourselves back to the garden.

We are stardust, we are golden,
We are billion year old carbon,
And we got to get ourselves back to the garden.

By the time we got to Woodstock,
We were half a million strong
And everywhere was a song and a celebration.
And I dreamed I saw the bomber jet planes
Riding shotgun in the sky,
Turning into butterflies
Above our nation.

We are stardust, we are golden,
We are caught in the devils bargain,
And we got to get ourselves back to the garden.

RE: Dunc's "songs for wanderer's" thread - oguz - 01-02-2012

a nice song. it was written for higherself

Let your soul be your pilot
Let your soul guide you
He'll guide you well

When you're down and they're counting
When your secrets all found out
When your troubles take to mounting
When the map you have leads you to doubt
When there's no information
And the compass turns to nowhere that you know well

Let your soul be your pilot
Let your soul guide you
He'll guide you well

When the doctors failed to heal you
When no medicine chest can make you well
When no counsel leads to comfort
When there are no more lies they can tell
No more useless information
And the compass spins
The compass spins between heaven and hell

Let your soul be your pilot
Let your soul guide you
He'll guide you well

And your eyes turn towards the window pane
To the lights upon the hill
The distance seems so strange to you now
And the dark room seems so still

Let your pain be my sorrow
Let your tears be my tears too
Let your courage be my model
That the north you find will be true
When there's no information
And the compass turns to nowhere that you know well

Let your soul be your pilot
Let your soul guide you
Let your soul guide you
Let your soul guide you upon your way...

The Red Hot Chili Peppers - Don't Forget Me - Wrote:I'm an ocean in your bedroom
Make you feel warm
Make you wanna re-assume
Now we know it all for sure

I'm a dance hall dirty breakbeat
Make the snow fall up from underneath your feet
Not alone, I'll be there
Tell me when you want to go

I'm a meth lab first rehab
Take it all off
And step inside the running cab

There's a love that knows the way

I'm the rainbow in your jail cell
All the memories of everything you've ever smelled

Not alone, I'll be there
Tell me when you want to go

(Sideways falling
More will be revealed my friend)
Ooooh...
Don't forget me I can't hide it
Come again get me excited

I'm an inbred and a pothead
Two legs that you spread
Inside the tool shed
Now we know it all for sure

I could show you
To the free field overcome and more will always be revealed
Not alone I'll be there
Tell me when you want to go

(Sideways falling
More will be revealed my friend)
Ooooh...
Don't forget me I can't hide it
Come again get me excited

Ooooh...
(Sideways falling
More will be revealed my friend)
Don't forget me I can't hide it
There's a match now let me light it

I'm the bloodstain
On your shirt sleeve
Coming down and more are coming to believe
Now we know it all for sure

Make the hair stand
Up on your arm
Teach you how to dance
Inside the funny farm
Not alone, I'll be there
Tell me when you want to go

I'll be there and tell me when you want to go
Come on then and tell me when you want to go
More will be revealed my friend

Silent Lucidity

Hush now don't you cry
Wipe away the teardrop from your eye

You're lying safe in bed
It was all a bad dream
Spinning in your head

Your mind tricked you to feel the pain
Of someone close to you leaving the game
Of life

So here it is, another chance
Wide awake, you face the day
Your dream is over...

Or has it just begun?

There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night

Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize
And you were scared

It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind

Commanding in another world
Suddenly, you'll hear and see
This magic new dimension

I
Will be watching over you
I am gonna help you see it through
I
Will protect you in the night
I am smiling next to you
In silent lucidity...

Spoken:
Visualize your dream (Yes)
Record it in the present tense (Don't be scared)
Put it into a permanent form
If you persist in your efforts
You can achieve a dream control
(Control)
(How're you doing today?) (Better?)

Dream come true
Dream come true
Dream come true

Help me...

If you open your mind for me
You won't rely on open eyes to see

The walls you built within
Come tumbling down
And a new world will begin

Living twice at once you learn
You're safe from pain in the dream domain
A soul set free to fly

A round trip journey in your head
Master of illusion, can you realize?
Your dream's alive, you can be the guide but...

I
Will be watching over you
I am gonna help you see it through
I
Will protect you in the night
I am smiling next to you...

Air
Moon Safari (1998)
All I Need

All I need is a little time,
To get behind this sun and cast my weight,
All I need is a peace of this mind,
Then I can celebrate.

All in all there's something to give,
All in all there's something to do,
All in all there's something to live,
With you ...

All I need is a little sign,
To get behind this sun and cast this weight of mine,
All I need is the place to find,
And there I'll celebrate.

All in all there's something to give,
All in all there's something to do,
All in all there's something to live,
With you ...

and for the sake of balance ... No air BigSmile

A gypsy of a strange and distant time
Traveling in panic all direction blind
Aching for the warmth of a burning sun
Freezing in the emptiness of where he'd come from
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Left without a hope of coming home

Speeding through a shadow of a million years
Darkness is the only sound to reach his ears
Frightening him with the visions of eternity
Screaming for a future that can never be
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Left without a hope of coming home

A gypsy of a strange and distant time
Traveling in panic all direction blind

Hark listen here he comes
Hark listen here he comes
Turning, spinning, catherine wheeling
For ever changing
There's no beginning
Speeding through a charcoal sky
Observe the truth we cannot hide

Travelling eternity road
What will you find there?
Carrying your heavy load
Searching to find a peace of mind.

You'll see us all around
You'll see us all around
Turning, spinning, catherine wheeling
For ever changing
There's no beginning
You're so very far from home
And so very much alone

Travelling eternity road
What will you find there?
Carrying your heavy load
Searching to find a peace of mind.

Travelling eternity road
What will you find there?
Carrying your heavy load
Searching to find a peace of mind.

a song from brand new heavies

believe this is made for lightworkers

wishing best

- - Parsons - 02-26-2012

-This is a song that brings me strength when I feel down and discouraged to continue on "my mission", whatever that may be:

Foo Fighters - Times Like These Wrote:I am a one way motorway
I'm the one that drives away
then follows you back home
I am a street light shining
I'm a wild light blinding bright
burning off alone

it's times like these you learn to live again
it's times like these you give and give again
it's times like these you learn to love again
it's times like these time and time again

I am a new day rising
I'm a brand new sky
to hang the stars upon tonight
I am a little divided
do I stay or run away
and leave it all behind?
And now, for a "double feature": Smile
-I listen to this one for a similar reasons as the previous song. If you haven't seen the video for this before, FF to 2:40 for the 2001 Space Odyssey-esque portion. BigSmile Also, it has more cameos than I've ever seen.

Moby - We Are All Made Of Stars Wrote:Growing in numbers
Growing in speed
Can't fight the future
Can't fight what I see

People they come together
People they fall apart
No one can stop us now
'Cause we are all made of stars

Efforts of lovers
Left in my mind
I sing in the reaches
We'll see what we find

People they come together
People they fall apart
No one can stop us now
'Cause we are all made of stars

Slow slow slow, come come
Someone come come come
Even love is goin' 'round
You can't ignore what is goin' 'round

Slowly rebuilding
I feel it in me
Growing in numbers
Growing in peace

A children's fantasy, I guess I'm a child at heart...BigSmile

This song always lifted my spirits

Now here comes the world, here comes the moon and the sun
From a top of the pyramid you can see everyone
Over here is the desert, over there is the frozen north
In Sweden they are blonde, in Africa they're black, for what it's worth

The eagle's getting tired, the bear cannot flap his wings
People running scared while the little girl sing
What goes up surely must come down
Don't keep your head in the ground

Let the kingdom come, let the kingdom come
Let the kingdom come, let the kingdom come
And there's always more

Forever, forever, wandering around my cave
Forever, forever, walking past my window
Forever, forever, wandering around my cave
Forever, forever, walking past my window
Forever, forever, wandering around my cave

Finding the girl, follow her down to the stream
Well you're scanning the walls, searching for stills from your dreams
You know the pandas are skating on very thin ice
If you understand me tap once, babe, if you don't, just tap twice

Please let the kingdom come
Let the kingdom come
And there's always more

Forever, forever, wandering around my cave
Forever, forever, walking past my window
Forever, forever, wandering around my cave
Forever, forever, walking past my window
And forever, forever, wandering around my cave

Yeah, the money is so different, those computers are cute
You better phone home right now, see if they can find your lost parachute
Well the best lack all conviction, while the worst is yet to come
Yeah you should pick the politician up, kick his bum
Roll over Beethoven let the kingdom come

Let the kingdom come, hey
Let the kingdom come
[Incomprehensible]

Don't it just flow through you
Don't it just flow through everyone

Heh, grew up on Neverending Story. Great movie. BigSmile

I know this song is overplayed, but I can't seem to escape being interested in the lyrics. The song sounds like it was written from the past perspective (past life) of a very successful STS human. The line about a castle being built on pillars of sand reminds me heavily of the Lightning Struck Tower from the tarot. Also interesting: Weezer covered this song and made the album cover the guy who plays the character "Hurley" from Lost... which is creepy if you've watched the series.

Coldplay - Viva La Vida Wrote:I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own

I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
"Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!"

One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

I hear Jerusalem bells a ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field

For some reason I can't explain
Once you go there was never
Never an honest word
And that was when I ruled the world

It was the wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People couldn't believe what I'd become

Revolutionaries wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh who would ever want to be king?

I hear Jerusalem bells a ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field

For some reason I can't explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world

I hear Jerusalem bells a ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field

For some reason I can't explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world

I know its probably the most obvious band / song combo ever for this thread, but maybe there are still people out there that don't know that some of Tool's lyrics sound exactly like the LOO or other similar channeled material. I am separating out the quotes from Bill Hicks from the actual song sung by the famous/infamous Maynard. Thanks to Eddie for posting his thread about a Bill Hicks video that inspired me to post this song.

Bill Hicks intro to Third Eye Wrote:"See, I think drugs have done some *good* things for us, I really do. And if you don’t believe drugs have done good things for us, do me a Favor: go home tonight and take all your albums, all your tapes, and all your cd’s and burn em’. 'Cause you know what? The musicians who’ve made all that great music that’s enhanced your lives throughout the years...
Rrrrrrrrrrrrreal ------ high on drugs.

Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. That we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather.

It's not a war on drugs, it's a war on personal freedom, it´s what it is ok?. Keep that in mind at all times. Thank you!

Tool - Third Eye Wrote:Dreaming of that face again.
It's bright and blue and shimmering.
Grinning wide
And comforting me with it's three warm and wild eyes.

On my back and tumbling
Down that hole and back again
Rising up
And wiping the webs and the dew from my withered eye.

In... Out... In... Out... In... Out...

A child's rhyme stuck in my head.
It said that life is but a dream.
I've spent so many years in question
to find I've known this all along.

"So good to see you.
I've missed you so much.
So glad it's over.
I've missed you so much
Came out to watch you play.
Why are you running away?
Came out to watch you play.
Why are you running away?"

Shroud-ing all the ground around me
Is this holy crow above me.
Black as holes within a memory
And blue as our new second sun.
I stick my hand into his shadow
To pull the pieces from the sand.
Which I attempt to reassemble
To see just who I might have been.
I do not recognize the vessel,
But the eyes seem so familiar.
Like phosphorescent desert buttons
Singing one familiar song...

"So good to see you.
I've missed you so much.
So glad it's over.
I've missed you so much.
Came out to watch you play.
Why are you running away?
Came out to watch you play.
Why are you running away?"

Prying open my third eye. (x4)

So good to see you once again.
I thought that you were hiding.
And you thought that I had run away.
Chasing the tail of dogma.
I opened my eye (x3)
and there we were...

Open my eye (x3)
and there you were...

So good to see you once again
I thought that you were hiding from me.
And you thought that I had run away.
Chasing a trail of smoke and reason.

Prying open my third eye. x 10

There is no official music video for this (that Im aware of), so here is a music video has a custom animation for the song by a third party. It is very good in my opinion.

This one is a metaphor for how I feel from the reactions from people that have their heads firmly buried in the sand when I try to tell them something about corruption. They act as if I professed to them "fairies wear boots, you gotta believe me". BigSmile Tongue

This one has a lot of LOO references. By LOO references. I am not talking about the label they slapped on the the Ra Material, I am talking about the true LOO that Ra attempts to explain to us.

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Midnight Wrote:Things will never be the same
Still I'm awfully glad I came
Resonating in the shape of things to come
Never waiting when I know there's only one
This verse seems to refer directly to our current situation: wanderers here for the change of the cycle (still awfully glad I came). It even says "there is only one", a clear reference to the LOO

Quote:Messed it up but rest assured
No one ever thinks they're cured
Just a minute while I reinvent myself
Make it up and then I take it off the shelf

Over the laws of light
Over the moon by midnight
Let's do it all this time
Everyone wishing well we go and

Quote:Everyone knows anything goes
And now
We are the lotus kids
So better take note of this
For the story
I will let your imagination take over on the meaning of the reference of "the lotus kids". This may be a reference to the Akashic Record: "better take note of this for the story"

Quote:The rising moon is on the shine
The blood of scorpio's a nine
Like the fear that's in eyes of every doe
Say it now 'cause John and Jane would like to know

Is it safe inside your head
Songs to serenade the dead
All along I said I know no enemies
Mix it up until there are no pedigrees

Over the laws of light
Over the moon by midnight
Let's do it all this time
Everyone wishing well we go and

Everyone knows anything goes
And now
We are the lotus kids
So better take note of this
For the story

Over the laws of light
Over the moon by midnight
Let's do it all this time
Into the shadow showing
Enter the rolling tide
Over the ocean so wide
Let's do it all this time
Everyone wishing well we go and
