expansion, flow and service - norral - 01-31-2013
it seems like there is a big push right now for all of us to expand beyond our limitations. when i look at my life what stands out is those times when i did expand in some way or the other and went beyond the normal boundaries and limits and that is where i believe the human collective is at right now
i have noticed lately that things just seem to be flowing very well its not that things have changed but the way i do them and the way i approach them most certainly has . everything is just easier.
and service . it is a great time for service . reaching out and sharing with others, helping, uplifting whatever it is we can do to lighten someones load. and we dont have to go looking for it it will come to us. just some thoughts here.

If I expanded negatively, it must mean that I expanded positively as well, in order to stay in balance. Plus time heals all wounds.

From maxed crystalization/quality the only way to expand is by quantity, which means compacting and thus reaching towards neutral through the negative.

I think that if you only polarize positively without accepting the negative parts of yourself it will create an imbalance that may plunge you into negativity. Just my experience.

That's true to an extent. But here in 3D we're only to make a choice, STO (positive) or STS (negative) in our polarization. I want to be slightly positive if not overly positive, but at the same time accept the negative parts of myself.

You are correct, however remember that Ra suggests a polarity of 51% STO is necessary to graduate. I wonder if that means the other 49% would be STS. Darkness and Light in a delicate balance, with light keeping the darkness in check.

That seems like a risky business if we're to be barely more light than dark. If I tip the wrong way (the way I don't want to go), then I repeat 3D. In my love for others, despite the bad things I have done, I believe I can stay mostly positive. In between my times of despair, I can still find the light. And I still want to shine. There are a few Michael Jackson songs that speak to how I feel:

I especially like the You Are Not Alone, because I realize that in my darkest hour, I am still not alone. I have countless beings that I cannot perceive, sending me love and light. We truly are never given more than we can handle. I vibrationally felt my limit of hate in a dream, which then turned into love. There was a character in a dream who was an enemy I was about to stab with a knife I had created, but then I sang "because I love you so-oh-oh" and put the knife down. Love is definitely stronger than hate.
I hope it speaks to how my Universe will turn out. Like our logos, I have a bias towards kindness. I want so bad to make it to 4D, but for the right reasons. If I need to help others, I will.
As I understand it, light is what we are, darkness is what we are not. What we are not is uncomfortable, but our light will expose our darkness for what it is. Not that we're afraid of it. In balance, we can bring light to the darkness without fear.
The only thing for me is, like my tagline says, I am confused about where I stand.
