Love and Water - Jerome - 06-24-2013

In the very first session, Ra is explaining how to nurture Carla to improve the contact. Let's look at two of the final exchanges of this first contact:

Quote:Ra: We suggest first a brief period of silence. Then the repetition of the instrument’s vibratory complex of sound in your density which you call name. Repeat until an answer is obtained. Then the laying on of the hands at the neck region for a brief period so that the instrument may recharge batteries which are not, shall we say, full of the essence of this particular field at this time. And finally, a gift of water into which the love of all present has been given. This will restore this entity, for her distortions contain great sensitivity towards the vibrations of love and the charged water will effect comfort. Do you now understand?

1.12 Questioner: Not completely.

Ra: I am Ra. We search your mind to find the vibration (nickname). It is this vibration from you which contains the largest amount of what you would call love. Others would call this entity (first name). The charging of the water is done by those present placing their hands over the glass and visualizing the power of love entering the water. This will charge that very effective medium with those vibrations.

This instrument is, at this time, quite fatigued. However, her heart is such that she continues to remain open to us and useful as a channel. This is why we have spent the time/space explaining how the distortions of what you may call fatigue may be ameliorated.

Under no circumstances should this instrument be touched until she has responded to her name. I do not wish to take this instrument beyond her capacity for physical energy. It grows low. Therefore, I must leave this instrument. I leave you in the glory and peace of unity. Go forth in peace, rejoicing in the power of the One Creator. I am Ra.

Much much later in session 95, Ra makes an interesting statement about water (also about salt, but that's another thread)

Quote:We cannot express the full magical nature of your water...

If you're stilll with me, I've got one more nugget:

Quote:88.23 Questioner: You mentioned earlier that the tarot was a method of divination. Would you explain that?

Ra: I am Ra. We must first divorce the tarot as a method of divination from this Major Arcana as representative of twenty-two archetypes of the archetypical mind.

The value of that which you call astrology is significant when used by those initiated entities which understand, if you will pardon the misnomer, the sometimes intricate considerations of the Law of Confusion. As each planetary influence enters the energy web of your sphere those upon the sphere are moved much as the moon which moves about your sphere moves the waters upon your deeps. Your own nature is water in that you as mind/body/spirit complexes are easily impressed and moved. Indeed, this is the very fiber and nature of your journey and vigil in this density: to not only be moved but to instruct yourself as to the preferred manner of your movement in mind, body, and spirit.
...

So I'm curious - does anyone here visualize love entering their water before they drink it?

I've been doing this for a few weeks and my health has improved (I have Crohn's disease). Not only that, my ability to visualize the energy transfer has improved rapidly.

I know the body follows the mind and true healing occurs with green ray energy and a safely lowered light shield, but it seems as though some nice work can be done with just intention and water, given one has pure intention.
Aside from notable mentions from Ra, I've come across interesting healing research where the healers were measured putting out consistent frequencies (8hz) from their hands, which seems to be consonant with the first passage.

What are your thoughts, my dear forum?

I think that you should continue with this! First of all, I believe that you are exercising the power of visualization, and will. Secondly, you exercise love and respect for yourself. And thirdly, you exercise faith.

How is it going with faith in regards to this exercise? Do you believe in this?

I have had similar thoughts before, in regards to water and visualization of love entering the water, but stumbled upon two obstacles. The first one is faith - I thought that since L/L's chalice was virgin or "special" in some kind of way, it can't be done with usual, "normal" glass. And the other obstacle is that I thought that maybe it shouldn't be done for the self, but only for another self.

I definitely think that you should continue doing this considering your illness!

And speaking of that chalice:

It's not a good picture, but it's there - to the left. Smile

RE: Love and Water - ChickenInSpace - 06-25-2013

I have been meaning to do this with all/every glass of water I drink but forgetfulness haunts me. I think you should continue and report whatever you find, obviously ^^.

Edit: That picture reminds me of the famous Monkey Jesus. So... inb4 monkey jesus!

the blessing of water and food is quite efficacious.

I used to do a blessing before my food and water. Then I stopped like I did most my spiritual work.

I can highly recommend blessings, changes the taste of food quite noticably as you "become aware" of the moment by blessing.

RE: Love and Water - AnthroHeart - 06-25-2013

I've never noticed blessing my food changed anything about it. But I'm not that sensitive any longer.
That's good, as I used to get overpowered by energy sensitivity.

RE: Love and Water - Jerome - 06-25-2013

Thanks Ankh, you illuminated the exercise for me, it does appear to be good for several important reasons I hadn't considered.

From what I've gleaned from Ra and company and from peripheral searching, I can't say whether or not having someone else do it for you is more efficacious. The quality of intent, the faith involved, the ability to visualize - these factors are common to the varying information I've found. So if you're low on faith or visualizing power, it would likely work better to have a healer work with the water until you believe it's possible to do it yourself.

And food, yes. I totally forgot about food, thanks. Another major thing we can do for ourselves, bless and thank the food.

RE: Love and Water - Jade - 06-25-2013

I try to do this as often as possible. I don't have a good water filter so I have to drink flouridated water, I try to "bless" it as often as possible.

My husband has a back back and we usually do water therapy to help. He lays in the full tub and I use the massager head from the shower to hit his sore spots. If I'm properly focused I try to put intentions into the bathwater then I pray/bless the water as it comes out of the faucet/sprayer. It has to help. BigSmile

I'm poor at remembering to do it to my food, though. I prepare everything I eat so I just need to be mindful as I'm working.

Ever seen Dr. Masaru Emoto's work? http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/water-crystal.html

RE: Love and Water - Jeremy - 06-25-2013

This is kinda related but one of the many perks to living 5 minutes from the beach is the salt water and its wonderful properties. As I'm walking in, I like to say some sort of cleansing prayer. As soon as I take that first dive into a wave and come up, it's like being reborn every single time.

RE: Love and Water - Marc - 06-25-2013

So I don't drink unblessed water I wrote a blessing on my water bottles and my water filter that holds it. I set up a thought form to do my blessing for me. Wink
