Spasms - Aloysius - 08-29-2013 About 6 months ago I started to develop somewhat regular full bodily spasms. I never saw a doctor about it because they would only last a second at a time or so but it would usually be a wild involuntary movement in that second. don't think it would be due to dehydration, overworked muscles or the other causes I've read of for this kind of thing. Does anyone know of any spiritual cause for this? Any help would be very appreciated. RE: Spasms - Plenum - 08-29-2013 sounds interesting : d what triggers them? RE: Spasms - Aloysius - 08-29-2013 That's the thing, I would have had well over thousands of them now and I can't find a common link between them, they seem truly sporadic. They sorta calmed down about a month ago though but two nights ago I had the most powerful one ever, it was the only one i actually felt coming. I was lying in bed and could hear a high frequency get higher and higher until it become like white noise and then it felt like i was stabbed with electricity and my whole body jumped about a foot in the air. I have no idea what's causing this lol RE: Spasms - Plenum - 08-29-2013 it sounds as though it doesn't feel painful? - - maybe you are a dual-activated thingy, and you are registering 4d vibrations/light at odd intervals? RE: Spasms - Aloysius - 08-29-2013 Actually I should have mentioned that they're not painful at all, which I understand is unusual for spasms. I am pretty young, and actually really healthy these days and I was scared that maybe i was getting real intense disease while in my teens. Dual activation perhaps... hmm Thanks for your input Plenum ![]() RE: Spasms - spero - 08-29-2013 i would suggest seeing a doctor just to approach it from both sides (physical vs spiritual). it may be nothing but if its getting more frequent or intense it cant hurt to seek a dr's opinion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myoclonus RE: Spasms - Aloysius - 08-29-2013 (08-29-2013, 07:18 AM)spero Wrote: i would suggest seeing a doctor just to approach it from both sides (physical vs spiritual). it may be nothing but if its getting more frequent or intense it cant hurt to seek a dr's opinion. Don't get me wrong I'm not gonna proclaim "oh I'm dual activated!" and forget about it lol I'm planning to visit a doctor soon, it's just that most of the disorders that it could be a sign of are usually things that happen to much older people but I shouldn't rule out the possibility I guess. Thanks Spero, also cheers for the link was looking for the medical term. RE: Spasms - zenmaster - 08-29-2013 Could be due to a vitamin or mineral difficiency. Also may want to see a neurologist. Hmm I considered that but I actually got checked for mineral/vitamin levels a while ago. The only thing really lacking was b12 but I get injections for that now. I had my levels put back into equilibrium before this started but I will keep it mind. Will consider seeing neurologist if it persists. Cheers man One thing I will add that is that I have a suspicion it's rooted deep within a psychological imbalance, which is why I came here for some suggestions. About the time it started I was doing an experiment to unbalance myself as much as possible to kinda colour in my experiential matrix a bit (yeah I know it was silly now, believe me). Anyways my first thought was perhaps that I'd unbalanced and blocked parts of myself to the point where the space/time implications were manifesting in the form of energy/electricity not flowing properly and dispersing in an erratic fashion, thus the abnormal nerve stimulation. I don't hold much stock in that theory but I thought it might be helpful paint the picture of the situation. But yeah, it's really calmed down over the last month or so, and that's probably the time I've been the most balanced since my "experiment", so maybe there's something to that. It just came back in force the other night which really just piqued my curiosity. Thanks everyone for the input. RE: Spasms - BrownEye - 08-29-2013 I am trying to remember a session describing this same thing. I think it was frequency shifts. A part of the brain was resisting the frequency shifts which caused these same symptoms. During the session changes were made to the brain to allow the shifts to take place without resistance. If I can track down the session one of these days I will post it. RE: Spasms - AnthroHeart - 08-29-2013 My legs would spasm before when a lot of energy was streaming through my body. They'd get still and shake somewhat violently as intense energy poured through. That was back when I thought I was shifting to 4D. RE: Spasms - Unbound - 08-29-2013 Is there anywhere in your body that seems to spasm or vibrate less or more than the rest? RE: Spasms - reeay - 08-29-2013 I know people who keep journals about their physical symptoms... track symptoms tp see if there are connections to certain emotional reactions or stressors/distress or whatnot. This way, your understanding of what is happening & what could be done can be refined to very personalized assessment of the situation. I agree with spero & zenmaster - rule-out physiological issues. Probably my torso and arms, the movements usually end up where they began ie. My body's always in the same position after the spasm ends as I was when it began. This sometimes makes it hard to figure out exactly where the movement was lol. Actually come to think of it, there is one thing that is common to them, that it only happens when I'm alone. No one's ever seen this happen to me. RE: Spasms - Unbound - 08-29-2013 Does the movement seem like its starting "inside" you? Edited: for clarity RE: Spasms - Guardian - 08-30-2013 Magnesium deficiency. Take 400mg magnesium citrate twice daily until spasms stop. Then continue on 400mg at night only. The only mineral/vitamin deficiency I have is b12 which is kept in balance with injections as stated above. I keep my body in order with proper nutrition, good hydration and don't overwork my muscles, which is why i'm confused about whats going on lol. Thank you though, it's a good point and i'll keep it mind. RE: Spasms - Guardian - 08-30-2013 Unfortunately, the blood magnesium level is not a reliable indicator of tissue magnesium levels. The only real way to prove magnesium deficiency is to cure your symptoms and then retrospectively diagnose it. Thorne is the best brand to use by the way. http://www.iherb.com/Thorne-Research-Magnesium-Citrate-90-Veggie-Caps/18459 RE: Spasms - Wombling free - 08-30-2013 (08-29-2013, 07:02 AM)Aloysius Wrote: That's the thing, I would have had well over thousands of them now and I can't find a common link between them, they seem truly sporadic. That it that it feels like electricity/energy to you, that it only happens when you are alone, that you are hearing hear or sense high frequencies, and that the spasms are not painful, lead me to wonder if the spasms are symptoms of kundalini awakening. I get spasms all the time, sometimes very powerful ones, which involve my abdomen, shoulders and upper arms, and sometimes upper legs, which I associate with spirit. They usually only happen when I am alone and I feel a positive Presence when they happen. The most powerful spasms happen when I am aware of a high energy and sometimes hear it. Sometimes I get energy 'jolts' or 'hits' which can almost throw me. Usually the spasms feel like minor 'jabs' in my abdomen and seem to be a 'reminder' to remember where I am and that I am not alone. http://www.the-unscripted-self.com/kundaliniawakening.html RE: Spasms - Aloysius - 08-31-2013 Ah it seems to have been a combination of several factors including effects from sharp drug use (prescription before you all start getting funny ideas haha) discontinuity (goin' cold turkey lol). Though that is what most likely what initially caused it, it's highly improbable that that's what caused it to persist for so long. After I stopped taking these drugs I got heavily into magic and messed with my fragile energy(/mind lol) system a lot so maybe that was like picking a scab and prolonging the healing/equilibrating process, also the conscious unbalancing didn't help either lol, anyways it seems to be all solved now somehow. And I no longer need the drugs either (doctor's words not mine) so it's really a win-win here. The erratic bodily behaviour seems to be a thing of the past for this entity (yay). thankyou everyone. The last 'spasm' involving the high frequency was of a different nature and I probably shouldn't have posted it in this thread, it wasn't a really a spasm/convulsion, that was something else it seems... RE: Spasms - AnthroHeart - 08-31-2013 I'm on prescription medication for my spiritual experiences I can't control. Without them I can't stay grounded. Partly due to smoking DMT a number of times which blew open my 3rd eye. I've never really been into magic, though the experience I had have been magical. Especially when I've hallucinated other beings. Not sure who appeared to me as a magician archetype, but I thought it was Ra. But when he spoke to me, he didn't say "I am Ra" before each sentence, so I don't know if it was him/them. I remember once when I was lying down, and when people came into the room, Ra threw my body into an upright position because it was less stressful for me in that position. It was pretty incredible to see and feel my body being thrown upright like that. I don't really trust myself with magic. I'm too naive, and would have trouble following protocols of knowing what to do. I get enough excitement from the energy work that I've done. That could be a form of magic. I do feel my chakras at times. Pressure usually. Rarely excitement, although earlier today I was feeling excited. Right now I'm just chilling. It's a Saturday, so it's a restful day. RE: Spasms - Aloysius - 08-31-2013 My medication was mainly to help me sleep, as I rarely sleep naturally. However it kind of just reduced me to a non emotional state, and I sought to experience all emotions again by unbalancing myself to feel radical emotional distortion. Not a great idea. I can't speak with authority on your experiences GW, but perhaps a good idea if another being appears before you is to challenge them, like Carla did, in the name of love and light of the infinite creator or a representative of that principle that you resonate strongly with eg. jesus, buddha. I'm glad you're having a restful day. RE: Spasms - reeay - 09-02-2013 Sleep is our natural healing mechanism, both physically and psychologically. Lack of sleep does increase brain activity, which for some can leads to seizures and other uncontrolled muscle spasms. Perhaps there is a connection there. I'm glad you're having a restful day. My experiences have both been equally bad and good. That's why they diagnosed me with bipolar. When I was excited, I'd get really excited like a child. Everything, the mystery, seemed new to me. Like I saw the leaves on a tree appear to morph into animals that seemed animated. That was an excellent experience. Shadows on the wall seemed to be animated like cartoon characters. Also pretty swell. But when it was bad, it was like being chased by a black hole. Or feeling like the sun was going to heat up and microwave the earth, and that it was all my fault. I felt once like a black hole was appearing in the core of the earth, and I could feel the gravitational increase, although it was just an illusion. I'll probably challenge a being in the name of my higher self, or my guardian angel. I think his name is Cecil. But cecil means blind, so I have a blind guide. How can my spirit guide guide me if he's blind to the truth? Or maybe it's just the name, as spirit guides don't need names. When I was having great and most excellent experiences, was when I was working with Ra, or so I thought. I loved the cartoons they were showing me. For me, it's more about the character than the story. If the character themselves lights up my life, I'm all for that. The story is secondary to me. And Ra showed me characters that were too cute and adorable for me to handle. Was it really Ra? I don't know. It could have been my guide. The times that were scary for me could be the duality, and me having to face my shadow self. When I was delusional, I hurt my pet. That was my only regret of my experiences, which I have since forgiven myself. I believed I was ready for the next Octave, which was named to me as Unity. Ra called the next Octave Unity, and the Octave after that Wisdom. Or so was my experience. Now I'm back to normal, whatever that means. My experiences I cannot handle off my meds. On them, I still get to feel energy shifting. But I am not overwhelmed with adorability or scared anymore. |
