You might want to post that question in the Law of One section. I'm a bit confused on that myself but I think that the answer is no. There might be a small amount of 4th density wanderers, though

The study guide site has some definitions spread throughout the many sections but I couldn't find any kind of comprehensive list of terminology or definitions on the Internet. There is a book called the "Wanderer's Hanbook" that might have something like that in it.

"The Wanderer's Handbook" does indeed have a relatively comprehensive Glossary of Terms at the end:
