The fastest way to lose weight is to eat nothing but plain white rice, rice has zero fats and plenty of protein. In just 1 week you can lose up to 20lbs , just don't go adding any kind of oil into the rice.

And then get malnutrition and then screw up your body's balance, yes, this is an awful way to lose weight.

White rice has very little nutritional value per calorie. I gave it up completely and now eat alternative carbs, because I can.

you mean no sesame seed oil? DANG!
